  Absolutely lovely condo. We rented this 2 bedroom and we all enjoyed it. Clean, fresh and breathy. Clean towels, best quality, sheets are clean and smelled good. We would love to stay here again. My kids enjoyed the arcade and indoor pool. Nice view from the balcony. Fast elevators and convenient parking.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We have booked this condo so our grandkids could have some beach time on weekend. This was a budget-friendly, two bedroom unit at the Tidewater resort. Very nice, playful décor, really good-looking dining area, full kitchen, and a great beach view. We had some minor issues with the refrigerator but that was promptly taken care of with just one phone call to Emerald Coast Destinations. Great, fast service. The condo was located very close to Pier Park, several restaurants. Too bad it was just a weekend. Will consider returning next year for at least a week.

  Outstanding resort, we stayed in Condo on 19th floor, kitchen had everything you could want, bed was amazing, condo needs better couch, and carpet is in need of cleaning, amazing views, indoor pool water was cold, the health club is very nice,I have stayed a couple of times at Tidewater and have been happy with all my stays. The rooms are clean and the location is great. Walking distance to Pier Park and many restaurants and shopping. Covered parking in deck across street is a plus

  Friends rented this condo for my Birthday weekend this past September. What a great getaway! We, locals, really don't appreciate the beauty of vacationing here, in PCB. Now I know how awesome it is! Our Tidewater condo was right there on the beach, close to Pier Park. Check! The unit itself was pretty huge: 2 bedrooms with king size beds, bunk bed area, cosy kitchen area, spacious living room and a large balcony with tables, chairs, and lounges. It was a totally different experience than celebrating at my tiny apartment and worrying about cleaning up next morning or neighbors picking their heads out. Had so much fun, thanks to my awesome friends. Will probably make a hint to have the same Birthday present next year

  I did a LOT of research before booking at Tidewater and was glad I did. It was one of the newest properties in PCB and was convenient to the new Pier Park Shopping (first-class all the way) and was in the less noisy, safer area of PCB. The parking deck is across the street with an overhead walkway, as are many of the newer resorts. The condo was top quality with very nice amenities and had a washer/dryer, full kitchen and large living room and large bedroom and baths. The view from the 12th floor was absolutely incredible; some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen, Room was pretty nice. feels like home. nice decorations. Most I like about this room the beds, they are really comfortable. each room has tv as well in living room. Kitchen is organized. Nice unit, would love to stay here again.

  We go to Panama every year. This year we actually went twice and we always stay at Tidewater. I love this resort! The amenities are exceptional! We usually rent a corner condo when the whole family comes, but have stayed in a 2 bdrm when it is only ourselves. Condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Spotless and nicely done.The elevators can be slow but come'on you are on vacation are you really in that big of a hurry? We never had to wait more that a few minutes for an elevator. Our family will always stay here during our trips to Panama Beach! We can't wait to return in 2013!

  One of the best places i have ever stayed. Bob did a great job on explaining, i think he under did it because it was much better than we expected. Would stay again in a heartbeat . Great location on the waterfront and close to the ballfields like what we was wanting. Plus my parents stayed with us since we were there for softball and my mom said it was a dream come true. She had never been to the beach before. Thanks The Kings
