We have rented a number of apartments in Paris over the years and In Beau Paris provided the best service, communication and courtesy that we have encountered. The Orchampt apartment was better than described and our stay was delightful. When one of our party was unable to depart on the expected date Jean Noel quickly and easily arranged for us to stay an extra day. The refund was quick and painless.

Our apartment in Rue d'Orchampt was so much more than we anticipated it to be - from the photos on the website it looked amazing, but when we arrived and opened the door, we were just blown away ! We spent lots of time in the apartment as it was cozy and there was nothing that you needed ! It was a home away from home. We went to the local supermarkets each day and savoured the beautiful french food and found ourselves at night relaxing and drinking wine in the apartment - a great antitode to a big day of walking in Paris. It was extremely quiet, something rarely found these days. We heard not a sound at night time, no plumbing noises, no noises from the street or courtyard. Only 5 minutes away is the statuesque Sacre Couer which we visited every day. I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone who likes tranquility yet only a stones throw away from Montmartre main or the subway. The subway is only about a 5 minute walk and it takes you directly into the centre of Paris. We would definitely come back and stay should we visit Paris again. Thank you to JN who makes obtaining the keys easy easy easy.

Our party of 3 women were right at home in this beautiful apartment. Being located in Montmartre, we enjoyed a self guided walking tour of the neighborhood's sites the afternoon we arrived. Two Metro stations are within easy walking distance to explore the rest of Paris. The apartment was comfortable, check in and check out were straight forward and easy. The owners were extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

Visited Paris for the first time with my parents and best friend and LOVED staying at this flat in Montmarte. The area is safe and you experience more "local" life than you do in other neighborhoods, but you are still moments away from a metro stop and the Sacre Coeur. Lovely boutiques and cafes all within a 5 minute walk and you can eat as much as you want because the walk up the hill to your flat burns all the calories! Try Le Grenier Au Pain and the fromage shop next door. "Amelie" was filmed in Montmarte so it's fun to retrace her steps. The apartment was EXACTLY as it looked in the photos--it's the quintessential Parisian apartment.

We've just returned from an amazing family trip to Paris, and this apartment was key in making our stay enjoyable. The apartment is tiny (the wide angle of the photos might be a bit misleading), but OH so comfortable, and COMPLETELY well-appointed. There is a small grocer's a short walk's distance nearby (you would recognize it as "Collignon's" if you're an Amelie fan), which provided everything we needed for our stay, and is a 5-10 minute walk from the famed Sacre Coeur. Brilliant. A couple of warnings: if you aren't comfortable or capable of walking on hilly terrain, this isn't the apartment for you (frankly, nor would any apartment in Montmartre be appropriate) -- though the neighbourhood is lovely, the hills are steep. Secondly, while this apartment sleeps 4, it's really intended for a FAMILY -- access to the room with the bunk beds is THROUGH the master bedroom, so their might be an uncomfortable lack of privacy if there are 4 adults staying in the apartment. That said, we have no problems with hills, and there were just the three of us (my husband, myself and our daughter), so it was positively perfect. I'd strongly recommend this charming little place.

Absolutely spot on description. Perfect location, convenient to everything. Great apartment for a family (we are 4, with 2 girls 10 and 14). Apartment was very clean. Old building, but very charming. Getting keys/drop off key process was great, since you did not need to arrange an appointment, you do it on your time. Apartment is literally 3 or 4 minute walk to the metro (Abbesses), and the same to Rue Abbesses where all the food shops, bakeries, wine shops are. The kitchen is small but very functional. Good pans, plates, glasses, utensils (but needs a good sharp serrated knife). Great dishwasher and large fridge. The layout of the living area is very good, as it lets you live in the apartment even when someone is sleeping. The space for eating is fine for 4. The toilet is apart from the bath, which is very convenient when someone is bathing or washing up. Wifi worked like a champ, and the TV was fine, although we did not spend too much time using the TV or figuring it out. All the beds were very comfortable. Bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were great for the kids. The windows open nicely to allow for ventilation. Nice views from all the windows. Bedrooms are not large, but big enough to easily move around in without feeling crowded. Nice closet space in each bedroom. The bathroom is off the main bedroom, which is fine for families. Washer/dryer worked great, so you do not need to overpack. Towels were large and sheets were fine and enough for everyone. The only thing I would have desired was a standup shower. The bathtub and hand held shower worked fine though, that is just my nitpick. The street was a very quiet and nice street, there was some graffiti around, but the area was perfectly safe. We came and went at all times of the day and evening and never had a worry about safety. The elevator is the absolute smallest I have ever seen, but it did do the job fine - although 3 people is max (we did two trips up/down with 2 people in the elevator). Reservation process was easy, and you can pay everything through paypal, including final payment and deposit. This means you do not have to get a large amount of cash once you get to Paris. The deposit was refunded quickly. We are looking to come back to Paris and absolutely would stay here again, or in any of the other apartments without hesitation. All communications were handled quickly, the information was accurate, and the experience great.

My friend and I are both writers and sought a quiet retreat for our month-long stay in Paris. The wish-list we'd created for our ideal rental property (two separate bedrooms, each with a real bed, a fully equipped kitchen, close to a metro stop, wifi included) was starting to seem out of reach at our price point until we stumbled upon Jean-Noël's listing of this charming apartment on a quiet street in the Montmartre area. It put us at ease to have the entire process handled professionally with Jean-Noël's efficient service and clear check-in/check-out instructions. We were in Paris during one of the coldest winters that Europe has experienced in decades, so having a warm, comfortable retreat from the unusually low temps was especially appreciated. The neighborhood has a wealth of history (it's home to the breath-taking Sacre Coeur) and is within steps of the best bakeries in Paris, including the winner of 2011's "best baguette" competition, where we were frequent customers. There's an excellent Australian coffee shop called Kooka Boora and a charming British lunch spot, Rose Bakery, about ten minutes walk through the neighborhood where we went almost every day. It's also a two minute walk from the Abbesses line 12 metro stop and a few more minutes walk to the Pigalle line 2 stop. We took the metro everywhere except for taxiing to and from the airport. Having such easy access to the metro was the key to taking full advantage of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped and suited us nicely even for such an extended stay. The decor was cute and it has great views, all of which is clearly represented by the pictures that accompany the listing. It's an old building, but we felt very secure and there's an elevator to deliver you up to the 6th floor where the apartment is located. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, and heating all worked without a hitch. There's a hairdryer included in the bathroom. I was very pleased to find that the wireless internet worked flawlessly right from the start. Overall, we loved staying in this apartment during our month in Paris, and highly recommend it! Many thanks to Jean-Noël and his team for making this major aspect of our trip lovely and hassle-free.

My husband, daughter and I spent 10 days at the apartment at rue d'Orchamp and found it to be perfect. It slept 3 adults fine with a good amount of privacy. It was clean, quiet and proved to be just as the pictures showed. We loved the location in Montmartre. Sacre Ceour, plenty of restaurants, shopping and a Metro station were all just short walk away down cobblestone streets. Everything about Montmartre was charming and we felt safe even coming in late at night. We would recommend a stay at this wonderful Paris apartment.

3 of us recently stayed in Paris for a week in the Orchamp apartment (American couple and 13 year old daughter) and had a great time. The apartment is 15 minute walk to the Abbesses metro stop and about the same distance to Montmartre. The area is a bit hilly, good for burning off the extra calories from the great French food we ate. The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is a very small elevator to save you the 100+ steps up. We walked around Montmartre every night, always a crowd at Sacre Coeur and the square. The location and apartment were perfect for us and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, we didn't cook but we did eat breakfast and dinner several nights. There are plenty of places nearby to buy things. The apartment could sleep 4 with kids, the bedroom has a bunk bed. There was a high speed wireless internet, which was nice. Would highy recommend the apartment and working with Inbeauparis was problem free.

The Orchampt apartment is a perfect place for either a business or holiday trip. I used the apartment with 2 colleagues during our exhibition at the Paris Air Show, Le Bourget. Although compact, this is a prime location, within 2 minutes walk of the main restaurant area of Monmartre and within about 3-4 minutes of the Sacré Coeur. Despite this close proximity the street is unbelievably quiet and this apartment offers respite from the fatigue that Paris can sometimes bring! Incidentally the views from the windows are splendid and you can see several miles over Paris. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is a well decorated and comfortable place to relax. The free wi-fi was not something I expected and it made the stay even more appealing as it was just like being at home! The beds were clean, bright and extremely comfy. Even the freeview TV was a nice surprise, with plenty of channels to watch, or bring your own films and use the DVD player. I can recommend this place 100%. Jon

Hi Jean Noel, I just wanted to thank you for all your help while Rita and I were staying at the apartment at rue d'Orchamp. We loved our stay there. It was such a lovely apartment - very comfortable and beautifully decorated. And the location was fabulous. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely try and stay there again if I ever come back to Paris. I have recommended it to a few friends and family. I hope that everything was okay in the apartment when I left. All the best Take care Elena

We stayed in Apartment "Orchamp" for a week in May, and it is truly a wonderful base from which to see Paris. It felt more like we were living in Montmartre than visiting it. The apartment was clean, bright, perfectly equipped, had free phone calls to the States and free WIFI, and was exceptionally quiet. The Metro, grocery stores, cheese shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, and the bakery that won the award for "Best Baguette in Paris" for 2010 are all are within walking distance. Jean-Noel was extremely helpful, and responded promptly to all our questions via email. We would highly recommend this property, and would stay here again on our next visit.
