Great House, Great Price, Great for Groups

I arranged to stay at Sea Forever with a group of students from my academic university organization. There were a maximum of thirteen of us staying in the house at one time, and there was plenty of room to spare, probably enough for 20+. Everyone was blown away by the house, it's gorgeous. The furniture and bedrooms were lovely and clean and the floor plan is open and airy. Because of the linens fee and the housekeeper, we hardly had to clean before we left, just towels in the dryers and tidying up (much appreciated with a group of college students with a 10 hour drive). The favorite amenity of the group was the hot tub, it's perfect on a chilly night. Our stay was in March, so the pool was not yet open during our stay. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away, and there were plenty of bikes for everyone. As students, we really appreciated the internet access throughout the house. There were plenty of tvs, video game consoles, games, and movies to keep everyone entertained on rainy or cold days. LOVE the kitchen... spacious and gorgeous. The deck views are incredible. The grocery store is a thirty second drive or a three minute bike ride away, the house is very convenient to stores (granted, none of them are open the first week of March). The property was well-maintained with landscapers and the pool company coming out several times during the week for maintenance. I really appreciated the owner's cooperation while planning this through our university organization, because we have restrictions from the university bank that don't allow us to approach the rental process in a typical manner. Most owners and rental agencies would not give my group the time of day, even though we are an academic organization and are responsible students with faculty backing. Jim allowed us to put down a substantial deposit to cooperate with our organization's financial needs (we didn't feel right having just one or two people be responsible). We had some difficulty getting materials back and forth in a timely fashion, but in the end it all worked out. The owner was very attentive during our stay, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Sea Forever to other student groups, so long as you aren't trying to get crazy. The owners are willing to work with your needs. We were extremely pleased with our stay, so thank you, Sea Forever!

Huge beautiful home exceeded expectations

This home was huge! We had no idea from the listing that we were getting such an incredible value. There is almost too many things to list in a single review but I will ry to cover the big ones. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, kitchen had everything you possibly could imagine, well decorated, awesome great room with a view, all the beach items you can imagine, plus bikes and wagons to get you there. The yard is larger than any of the neighbors and beautifully landscaped, hot tub was steaming hot, and there was even a welcoming basket from the wonderful owners who were so enjoyable to work with. It was an awesome location and there was plenty to do even in February. And the house has plenty of movies and games for a rainy day.

It couldn't be better!!

Being from a beach area in Hampton Roads, VA,, several families and I make it a yearly tradition to get to the Outer Banks over the New Year week for a more peaceful time away from home. We have done this for about 10 years, with most of them being in Corolla over the last couple of years in the same beach home. When wanting to possibly go to a busier area, we debated Corolla again, but decided we should try it another year, yet maybe change the home. After seeing Sea Forever and talking directly with the owner, there was no decision to be made, as we couldn't pass it up. We are SO glad we decided so. It was an absolute wonderful week, and although the pictures and details give so much information, being there is even better. The SPACE the home has along with how pretty it is was unbelievable. We've rented other big homes, but the layout of Sea Forever is very accommodating, as well as sevral private areas/rooms throughout the house. The cleanliness is superb, and although some homes seem very nice, not always are you lucky with comfort, but with Sea Forever, we all talked about the comfortable beds, linens,etc. We were worried with our children getting older they would want more to do, but they were entertained just within the home's amenities, as well as the numerous amount of bikes to choose from. So were the adults. The movie room is a great place to escape, and if you need to go upstairs for anything, the elevator is waiting! Last year my friend and I walked by and looked at how pretty it was, not knowing we would be there staying. Whether its the middle of winter, or during prime time summer, everything is nearby. The beach is a straight short walk away as well as local grocery and restaurants. All families were extremely satisfied, and the owners are wonderful to work with. The only downfall of our stay was we had to leave.

Amenities Galore

This house has everything you would need and more. We are so used to bringing all of our household items with us on our trips to OBX. We needed nothing. The house is well stocked! We enjoyed having 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens which made cooking for our large crew of 7 adults and 8 kids much easier. There is lots of room in this house to spread out. The kitchen was a little tight to fit a bunch of us when we are all cooking but we moved the butcher block around and made it work. We enjoyed the heated pool, even though the outside temperature never got above 55 during our whole stay.

Family Reunion

This was my Family Reunion local for 2012. We usually do it every 5 years but this time it had been four. My Aunt and Cousins picked this location because they were coming from Maryland. If I had anything to complain about it was just the drive. I had dreaded it but even that was enjoyable as we got closer to the coast. I loved our stay at Sea Forever and everything was focused on and around our house and family. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and the beautiful landscape the house has. And what a great location it was, right off the main road. I'm sure in season it would be even more convenient. Everything was furnished right down to helmets for the bikes. We had something to compare because the Cousins house was no where near as nice and as clean and as organized as our house. Bright and Cheery and I loved the wonderful vacation we had. Girlfriend Retreat

This was my second vacation at Sea Forever. Last year my husband and I flew our two kids and our grandchildren in from Minnesota to see the ocean for the first time. We had such an awesome time that I decided to invite my girlfriends. There were 9 of us and we had a fantastic time. We loved riding the bikes, swimming in the pool, being in the hot tub, walks to the ocean and around the neighborhood, gathering every night for a home cooked meal, and lots of laughter. 70th Birthday Celebration (Reunion)

We tried to celebrate my aunt & uncles 70th birthdays last year in the OBX but had an uninvited guest(Irene) After being forced to leave early we decided to try again. We wrote down everyone desires for the perfect house and found it ii Sea Forever. This immaculate home has everything a family needs for the perfect vacation from the Welcome Basket to the bikes nothing is overlooked. This home is the ultimate beach house. The beautiful landscapes yard makes you feel right at home.There are plenty of beach chairs, pool toys & beach towels for the whole family. The elevator was a welcomed addittion for my aunt who is recovering from hip surgery. It made her trip to the kitchen area painless & helped all of us w/the packing & unpacking . The kitchen is fully loaded w/2 dishwasher and a 40 cup coffee maker and enough supplies for an army. We look forward to making more family memories at Sea Forever in the future!

50th Anniversary Family Vacation

Our whole family of 18 people ranging in ages from 8 months to 72 years enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Sea Forever in July. The house is awesome and had everything that we needed to live there comfortably for a week. We onlly had to bring clothing and food as everything else was provided. There were toys and videos for everyone including a pool table on the lower level. We ate our meals in every night and there were more than enough dishes and silverware. The kitchen is well equipped and the two dishwashers helped keep the sink clear of dishes. The pool is big and very clean with a lot of toys and chairs in all sizes. And the hot tub was a favorite of the teenagers. The elevator was helpful for transporting suitcases and groceries. And the many stores were very conveniently located. We especially liked the farmer's market located a few blocks away. We walked the short distance to the beach every day and there were beach toys, towels and chairs for all. The numerous bikes were also enjoyed by many in our family. We all enjoyed visiting the light house and surrounding buildings. We found the description of the house's location to be accurate and the photos did accurately reflect the rental's appearance. It was clean and well maintained. Prior to our visit, Jim, the owner always answered any questions that we had quickly and thoroughly via email. He even called the night of our arrival to ask if we all had arrived safely, We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful week at Sea Forever

Our family had the most wonderful vacation in Corolla at Sea Forever! The house was everything it was supposed to be and more! It was absolutely beautiful. The actual landscaping and beauty of the house was more than we had expected. The elevator worked out perfectly for our physically challenged grandson. The pool was large enough to hold all 19 of us at one time! It was a hot week and the pool was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, because we were so close to Food Lion, etc, that if we didn't want to walk, we could ride a bike. We had no idea how close we would be to groceries, coffee shops, etc. The home was beautifully furnished with tons of things for little ones. The pool squirt guns were a great hit! I would recommend this house to anyone! We loved it!

Our vacation at Sea Forever will be cherished for many years. We had never vacationed in Corolla before and weren’t sure what to expect. There are a couple great attributes about the home: location, amenities, landscaping. Location – You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is close enough to the beach to walk to so you don’t have to pack up everything for the entire day and drag it to the beach. The house is also close enough to walk or bike to the shops. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Amenities – This house has it all, the key was having the pool\hot tub for when there was a red flag day and you couldn’t go in the water at the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool table and media center as well. This home has the best lawn around, we wish we would have brought my sons baseball and glove to spend some time practicing pitching (the size of the yard really surprised us). There are a ton of cruiser bikes and helmets to use which was nice not needing to bring our own. For the beach they had everything you needed, beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards. With three families sharing the house having two washers/ three dryers/ two dishwashers was very nice to have. Highlights – Our daughter’s face when she realized she was getting the Master bedroom with a chaise for the week to herself. The kids learning to surf - priceless. Blue Point – great place to go for a date night (don’t take the kids), Fishing – actually it was the Brazilian Fish stew we ate afterwards. Great Friends, Food, It was a very relaxing week. We needed it.

Beautiful House in a Lovely Location

Our group of 12 (3 families ranging from 10 to 58 years old) visited Sea Forever for the first time in mid-June. In the interest of full disclosure, I have known Jim and Lisa for 34 years, and so I knew the property would be gorgeous, but there were a few things that made it even better than I expected and hoped for. First, the generously sized backyard pool and hot tub are ideal for families with younger children for those times when the adults don't feel like going to the beach (or when, as occurred on a couple of days we were there, the beach is closed for swimming). There is also a spacious lawn area behind the pool where the kids can throw the football or kick soccer balls around, or play horseshoes in the side yard. Second, the house is large enough that our three families had privacy as needed, but also intimate enough when we all gathered for meals on the top floor. The kitchen area is also large enough to accommodate multiple chefs. Third, the location is close enough to the beach (2 long blocks) but also very convenient to shopping and the main road (1 block to main road, two blocks to shopping). A couple of things we would recommend or that we discovered that might be of interest to others: (1) Dockside North Fish Market, on the north end of the shopping center where the Food Lion is located, is absolutely top-notch!! We had a fantastic 4-pound filet of wild Atlantic salmon that I grilled one night, they also had fresh grouper, flounder, shrimp, and other locally-caught fish. Highly, highly recommended, everything is out on display (with more stuff in the back). Open from 11:00-6:00. (2) Seaside Fresh Market (newly opened) is on the corner of the TimBuck2 shopping center and has very good fresh produce (both fruit and vegetables) as well as a bakery on site with freshly-baked products. They also sell fish, but while they had fish not carried by Dockside North, it's fresh frozen in ice chests and while good, it's not at the same fresh quality level at Dockside North (nor can you inspect or smell it before buying it). (3) We had two 18-year-olds who insisted on having gym access while we were there, they both use a lot of free weights for their workouts. We found Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center, about 6 miles south of the house, offered guest memberships for the week for $60 for one person, $90 for two persons, or $125 for four persons. Very nice workout facility, indoor tennis courts, etc.

SeaForever was absolutely the most wonderful place we could have ever chosen for our stay in Corolla. Although not on the beach the 2 blocks were such an easy walk - directly to the stairway access to the beach and the wagons provided made it so easy to get there and back. If you did not want to make the trek to the beach the pool was wonderful and very large with an abundance of chairs, pool toys, etc. This house was equipped with everything, if you forgot something they had it which made for such a relaxing week. The care that is taken to the home itself and the grounds around it are outstanding. In the past I had came very close to losing money when renting thru a fraudulent owner directly so I was very skeptical and nervous about trying it again. However no worries at all, Jim and Lisa Towarnicky were so wonderful to work with and provided us with so much good information concerning the house as well as the area since this was our first time to the Outer Banks. Upon our arrival Jim was there to do some maintenance and Lisa was adding plants to the most beautiful flower garden we all have ever seen. Personal service does not get much better than that! We made use of the abundence number of bicycles and made our way thru the neighborhood and I have to tell you that you would not be sorry for choosing SeaForever - it was the best! We are all looking forward to visiting again!

Owner response: Janice and Jonathan highlight a point often overlooked: how nice Corolla / OBX is. There generally are no overhead power lines in the Whalehead Beach area, so you have unruined views of OBX's best beaches. But you also are near all sorts of activities for memers of your group, nomater his or her age. OBX was recently voted as the number one family beach resort in the USA, and Corolla is the best of the best. We hope you'll come see for yourself.

40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

What a beautiful place to have chosen for our celebration! Our family of 16 had an absolutely wonderful time. The house has everything you could ever imagine to feel right at home. We didn't want for anything. The home is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the landscaping is one of the best in the area. Just a short walk to the beach, shops, grocery, miniture golf, spa, etc. Ages of our group was 1 1/2 yrs. to 84 yrs. old. Everyone had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone at any age. Just a warning - YOU WON'T WANT TO LEAVE!!! Becky Pennsylvania

We just spent a week at Sea Forever. We found the listing to be accurate. Actually, the home turned out to be better than expected. We lacked for nothing during our stay. Everything at the home was in good working order and maintained properly. The location in Corolla was ecellent. It was far enough away from all the built up portions of the island to be relaxing, but close enough to be able to visit everything we wanted to see. There were 11 in our party, and to a person, everyong had a great time. We highly recommend Sea Forever for a relaxing vacation.

The Towarnicky family provided everything we asked for and beyond. Sea Forever was truly amazing and everything was described in perfect detail. From the VRBO website to the Facebook page, you can't help but notice how detail-oriented and up-to-date this family is with their vacation home. The owners were so easy to work with and very helpful! This house is simply packed with items that make a vacation stay all the more enjoyable. Wonderfull and well equipped

We stayed at Sea Forever for one week in February. It was absolutely great! The house was clean and everything you might need was there: highchairs, toys, kitchen gadgets, spices for cooking, picknick-dishes, beach equipment like umbrellas or folding chairs, many DVDs, a Wii and Playstation, many bikes... We didn't miss a thing! There's an elevator, washer and dryer, a pool (which we couldn't use because it wasn't warm enough yet) and a hot tub (which er COULD use and it was just wonderfull!). And we had a very nice contact to the owner who really cares about your enjoyable stay at Sea Forever! We'd like to come back!

One of our few times to rent direct from the the homeowner instead of from a rental agency, and wow!!, the level of care and attention to detail was amazing. Our family would highly recommend "Sea Forever", not only for the great accommodations and location, but the service you will receive from the owners, it is truly 5 star. Many property listings are exaggerated in there description of the amenities, not the case here. If anything they were to modest in there description. One thing is for sure, we will be back.

Sea Forever is absolutely beautiful and has everything me or my guests ever needed or wanted. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is stocked up with everything you can imagine, the heated pool is fantastic, and the hot tub was a great hit with everyone in my party. The house is extremely conveniently located, It is just a short pleasant walk to the beach and a short walk or 2 minutes drive to Food Lion and to plenty of other stores and restaurants. The owners were extremely easy to work with. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation. I really hope to have an opportunity to rent this amazing vacation property again in near future.

Excellent vacation in a beautiful home away from home

The absolute perfect vacation home in Corolla. Sea Forever has every convenience of home plus more. When we arrived we were amazed at the wonderful landscaping, comfortable furnishings and stylishly decorated home. I love to cook and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and had everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. So often a vacation rental does not provide enough tools to cook or enjoy a good meal. Not this home - you have everything you could imagine. I actually went home and bought a few things I had used there for my own kitchen. We had four generations at Sea Forever and everyone was happy with all of the amenities from the heated pool, hot tub, large library of videos and music, relaxing in the garden area, enjoying a fire with s'mores for the kids, long relaxing bike rides / walks and the elevator was great for my grandmother and unloading of course. The kids never once said they were bored which is a rarity in our household. The home owners really care about their home and providing you with a comfortable vacation. Satisfaction is important to them and you can tell from the initital interaction in discussing future vacation plans to signing a lease and during your vacation stay with the heart they pour into their home. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. We had a fantastic vacation and will return again!

They rented somewhat last minute, and were a little wary, but we were able to address all their concerns. If you have special issues or preferences, let us know, and we try to accommodate, sometimes with great results for us as owners. For instance, one renter asked whether we had a crock pot at Sea Forever. We had not prevoiusly thought of it during warm months, but we obtained two for her large group. We were surprised when many renters afterward stated how appreciative they were that we had crock pots! Looking back, it does make sense to us now how convenient it would be to spend your day with your group at the beach or sight seeing, and come back to a ready-made lunch or dinner for everyone. And any leftovers make snacks for the next day! Renters have provided many great ideas for improvements to Sea Forever. We hope you'll come and experience them and maybe suggest a few of your own!

Wonderful Family trip to Sea Forever

We spent a great week with our family at Sea Forever. We were so happy to be able to take our family to such a beautiful house. We would meet our ' beach neighbors" who commented how beautiful "our house" was. The landscaping and lights were wonderful. The week ended up being very nice but we did have two completely rainy days at the beginning of our week. We were especially happy to have such a great house to enjoy in the rain. We really loved the pool. It was so large that our whole group (16) were almost all in at the same time. It is the nicest beach house pool we have ever seen (and we always look at all the houses in the area). My daughter-in-law stated that the pool seemed bigger that some hotel pools. There were also many pool chairs to relax in around the pool. We loved having the bikes, pool carts, wagons, boogie boards and pool toys. So many things that we couldn't use them all. The library was a peaceful retreat for a few in our group, The decks were great to sit out and star gaze at night. The kitchen was awesome. I really appreciated using the crock pots to cook roasts for an easy lunch. It is apparent that the Owners care about this home and have taken care of so many details. WE highly recommend Sea Forever and hope to visit again

Great Vacation Home in Corolla

This is a beautiful cottage in a great location in Corolla. House and landscaping were very well kept. Very large pool for gathering around on hot afternoon and evenings as the sun set on the opposite side of the house. Close walk to the beach and only minutes away to the 4X4 area where we saw the wild horses every day. Also had a couple of does and baby deer in the back yard during the evenings. Close to shopping, wave runners, and parasailing. House is beautiful inside with lots of room. Nice large kitchen and eating area with every appliance and gadget you would need. Owners also provide many bikes, toys, beach chairs, etc so you don't have to bring your own. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. This was my first rental through VRBO and it was very comforting dealing with the owners. They really tried to do everything they could to make sure we had one of the best vacations we possibly could. I would definitely recommend this house.

From 9 months to 70 years - 19 members of our family met at "SeaForever". What a wonderful week of 90 + degree weather; Happy Father's Day greetings; Monday night "Luau"; watching the dolphin swim and jump; afternoons at the pool; morning sunrises at the beach; relaxing and talking with family on the decks, and in the spacious family room, and upstairs in the kitchen-dining-living area. We had good food, prepared by family members; we had great shopping trips to Timbuck2, Scarborough Fair, and Wings. One member of the family had to spend the day in the emergency room because of de-hydration. But she was fine after receiving 3 hours of fluid. Everything at SeaForever met out needs 100 %. I want to thank Jim Towarnicky for helping my husband when he had some heart problems the day we arrived. I won't go into detail, but I am forever grateful for his kindness and his concern. Our vacation has ended, but our memories will be forever thanks to "SeaForever". P.S. The elevator was a life saver.........

We stayed at Sea Forever for a family reunion of 25 people... we all fit comfortably and the house was wonderful. We loved this area... not overly crowded, with a bit of a woodsy feel, yet you were at the beach. The property is wonderfully maintained, inside and out. We spent hours and hours in the pool, and we recommend paying the extra $ to have it heated. The listing description and photos are accurate. We highly recommend Sea Forever and hope to be back!

A Dream Vacation

Sea Forever was the perfect vacation spot for our big family. We had our five children and their spouses plus thirteen grandchildren all together in one house. We hadn't been all together for three years so we spent a good amount of time just enjoying one another. We had eight grandchildren four years old or younger and three children under two. Everything was provided for us--high chairs, pack and play beds for the babies which was so wonderful. The home provided everything just like we were staying at our relatives. I was surprised that we didn't have to buy laundry or dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc. Everything was already there. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of utensils. The pool was wonderful with all the pool toys, lifevests for toddlers and squirt guns for the kids. The wagons to take the kids, the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach were so helpful. Our three and four-year olds loved the little beach chairs and they had to take turns sitting in the princess beach chair. I was amazed at all the bikes, helmets and beach boys available for our use. We didn't even get to use some of the items provided for us as time went by too, too fast for me. Sea Forever is a dream home for everyone, plus Jim was so willing to answer any questions of concerns we had. This was my first time to the Outer Banks, but my son and his family have been going for twelve years and he commented that he had never stayed at a home that was so well equiped for guests. We loved the ocean too as we usually spend time in Newport Beach and San Diego and the sand is finer grain in Outer Banks and we didn't see any sea weed which is normal in CA. I loved that the waves aren't as big so little ones can play safely at the beach. I would highly recommend Sea Forever to any family and I hope we can return there next year. We just left Sea Forever 3 days ago and can’t wait to go back. My family frequents the Outer Banks twice yearly and we have rented from many companies and private owners. The Towarnicky’s are hands down the BEST owners we have had the pleasure to deal with. Communication was open and friendly. Our stay was almost like residing at a family member’s home. Jim and Lisa have truly thought of everything. From toilet paper to beach towels- everything was ready to go the day we arrived. There is nothing like traveling with 3 young children for over 9 hours, arriving to a home and not being able to utilize the restroom until you go to the store. We didn’t have to pack beach towels, sand toys, beach carts, umbrella’s, bikes, or spices. Everything was already there waiting for us… The little things about Sea Forever make it the dream vacation home. As for the house itself- the pictures on this site do not do it any justice. This home is fabulous! There were 17 of us from the age of 14 months to 41 years and there was not one time where we were tripping over each other. Sea Forever is huge and the rooms are more than spacious. The beds are comfortable, the décor is lovely and we never ran out of hot water- not once. My niece befriended some lifeguards that live close to the house and they even commented on the landscaping and overall look of the home. You just don’t find amenities like this in regular old Outer Banks rentals. On day 3 into our stay, I emailed Jim (the owner) and rebooked for next year. The reputation of this home will sell itself over the next couple of seasons and I don’t want to miss out on this home. Our family will be back again Sea Forever- thank you for a wonderful vacation experience… P.S. The lifeguards took all of our leftover food that we would have thrown away. We sent over eggs, milk, cheese, meat etc… They were all so appreciative. These are the wonderful youngsters that keep our families safe on the beautiful Corolla beaches. If you look out the living room windows on the 3rd floor, you will see the fire station. The lifeguard home is directly to the left and is brown and yellow. If you have left over food that will go in the trash- please drop it off to them. (I forgot to leave this in the guest log book)

PERFECT vacation home!!!!!

From the minute Jim and Lisa (the owners) responded to our initial request, I knew this was the place for a family vacation to always treasure! We were flying 7 people in from Minnesota (some never having seen the ocean before) to join us for this vacation, and Jim and Lisa were so accommodating. Jim even allowed us to use one of his Southwest Airline vouchers. I've rented from VRBO more than a dozen times and no one has ever been that generous! When we arrived at the house, there was a beautiful gift basket waiting for us. The housekeepers did an amazing job. In fact, it was the cleanest house we've ever rented. The beds were ALL very comfortable and had beautiful sheets and bedding. The large heated pool was enjoyed by all of us every day (as well as the hot tub) and they even supplied floats, goggles, toys, beach towels, etc. Jim went out of his way to be sure we had a life jacket for our granddaughter (he let us borrow the one he had used for his kids when they were smaller). They provided wagons to get the kids to the beach and so many beach toys that it was hard for them to chose which ones to take. The kitchen was awesome and had EVERYTHING you needed to cook (they thought of it all). The knives were even sharp (and that doesn't happen often with rentals). The cabinets were all labeled so everyone knew where to return things after they were washed - no excuses for anyone not to help with the dishes :-). They not only provided the bikes and scooters, but also helmets. They provided kites which our grandchildren (and even children) loved using. The House and Vacation Guide that Jim and Lisa provided was perfect - every question was answered. It even listed the 400+ video/DVD's by name. I laughed when I saw that the place had an elevator, but boy did we use it! Since the living/kitchen area is on the third floor, we put all of our groceries on the elevator. The Food Lion was even within walking distance which was really nice. We highly recommend golfing at the Currituck Golf Course. Ben gave us an awesome deal for 5 people. We also recommend Rick's Jeep Adventures where you can drive one of their Jeeps on a fully guided tour (Wiley was the perfect tour guide) to see the Spanish Mustangs! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks again Jim and Lisa for allowing us to create wonderful memories in your beautiful house!!!

Unlike rental companies, we treat renters like what you are: guests in our home. And like with any guest, we want to make sure your trip to our home is the best it can be. We can address any concern on a case-by-case basis (and unlike the rental companies, without charging extra fees or refusing to do anything out of the ordinary). This renter wanted to arrange a full family reunion. But trying to coordinate flights, school, and work schedules from Minnesota and Pennsylvania (all on a budget) was not working out. By offering to change the check-in day and arranging for a free flight, we enabled the renter's entire family to come. In return, we knew our home would receive great treatment and respect, which it did.

Sea Forever exceeded our expectations!! Very well equipped, in every aspect from kitchen, linens, entertainment. Very, very clean & comfy. The kids loved the heated pool. The elevator made loading and unloading luggage, groceries very easy. The area is great-lots to do. I recommend seeing the Corolla Wild Horses they are absolutely beautiful! Jim & Lisa were awesome to deal with-it's as if I have known them for years! I would highly recommend renting Sea Forever-you will not regret it! We vacation in OBX every year and this year was one of the greatest! The home was beautiful and the home owners made us feel right at home. New Years/Coming Home Surprise!

My sister was the first to find this beautiful house online to celebrate her Fiance's Homecoming from serving with the Marine Corps overseas and to celebrate the New Year's Holiday! Twelve of us stayed four days and throughly enjoyed every moment! The house is not only beautiful but super clean and has A MILLION EXTRA AMENITIES that we loved using such as the hot tub, games/pool table, and bikes. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool because it happened to have snowed the day before our arrival but we still had a lot of fun. The kitchen is very well equipped and had numerous welcoming extras such as the flavored coffee additives and food processor! The kitchen was big enough for more than six people to cook at the same time and two sinks definitely came in handy! The upstairs great room has tons of seating and was great for all of us to use and enjoy welcoming in the New Year. The bedrooms are not only spacious but nicely decorated and also had extra pillows and blankets. We found the towels on each of our beds to be a nice touch too! Having the majority of the bedrooms on the middle floor was great because it reduced the noise levels dramatically for those who decided to sleep in! The house is not only beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with everything we could want or need, but the owner called to check on our stay and welcome home my future brother-in-law...thank you for allowing us to stay in the home and truly celebrate all our good fortunes!

Wonderful Christmas Get Away with Family and Friends

Four families decided to get away between Xmas and New Year's and began the search. From the planning stages the owner could not have been more helpful and flexible. One in our group is wheelchair bound with ALS and the elevator and handicapped shower were perfect to meet his needs. The kitchen is stocked full with everything including two dishwashers, a double oven, every utensil known to man, and all drawers and cabinets labeled with the contents. The DVD and video game libraries rival Blockbusters. The kids enjoyed the game room for hours! Because of the time of year we did not venture to the beach but the shops, restaurants, and Food Lion were all right around the corner within walking distance. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated a nice size TV in each bedroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and imagined what a wonderful time we would have in the summer when the pool would be available. The house was very private and well laid out. We found that Sea Forever met and exceeded every need we had! Would recommend these accommodations for any large group with kids of all ages. We look forward to returning some day!

Beautiful and Comfortable

My family and 14 extended family members stayed at "Sea Forever" over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach house. Even with 20 of us, this house was comfortable and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice, it is much more beautiful. It is clean and well maintained. It has EVERYTHING you may need, from pool and sand toys to air beds and pool towels to movies, games and kitchen gadgets galore. Cooking for the "big" meal was a breeze with the double ovens and so much counter space we even had four cooks doing their thing at the same time. A dream for a family of cooks! The beach and shopping was about a block away, a very easy distance for the four little ones under 6 in our family. Several of our family members loved the comfortable beds, having the best sleep in a long time! The Towarnicky family were easy to work with and very accomadating to our needs. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to future stays at "Sea Forever"!

AMAZING ESCAPE!

What can I say, "Sea Forever" was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience for myself and 3 children. My kids had never been to the beach and were elated to be so close to the water and have everything they could think of available to them in the house (i.e. bicycles for all sizes, kites, beach toys, chairs, etc.). The house itself was more than ample for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Extra towels, pillows, blankets within in reach - no searching needed. Loved the two sets of washer/dryer. No waiting for clean clothes or the next load to be put in. More time for fun. When it was too chilly to venture down to the water, we watched movies from the extensive video library, the boys played pool and video games, my daughter lavished in the hot tub and heated pool for hours. I was able to comfortably cook easy meals for all in a kitchen that was better equipped than my own. The Towarnicky Family thought of everything! We spent five days enjoying the sun and the changing temperatures of the Fall. The house was within an easy walk to shops and entertainment. "Sea Forever" exceeded our expectations! The Towarnicky's were great hosts who provided a welcoming oasis for those of us seeking relaxation, rejuvination and reconnection with those we love. We will definitely make this property one of our top vacation destinations for the future. Thanks guys for all the fun!!! Looking forward to doing it again soon.

Our stay at Sea Forever was wonderful. The house included everything anyone would need in a beach house rental. The rental description on VRBO is exactly as the house appeared. We were extemely satisfied with the location of the home and the included amenities. The pool heat allowed us to enjoy swimming in late October. We would strongly recommend this house rental to any family or group looking for a stay on the Outer Banks. The home owners were very gracious and answered all of our questions about the home and our stay prior to our visit. We have nothing negative to say about the renters, the house, or the amenities. My family stayed at Sea Forever in October 2010. We were part of a bridal party and needed flexible check-in dates as well as a house that lived up to 12 people's expectations - from kids to elderly! I am happy to say we found this at Sea Forver. The owner was extremely flexible in working with us to accommodate the dates we needed to rent - not your typical Saturday to Saturday rental as required by so many of the rental companies. Upon arrival, we found the home in excellent condition and very clean. The welcome basket was a nice touch that isn't done much anymore. The very detailed directions about how to use the TV's and other equipment was greatly appreciated by the older members of our group. The younger of us enjoyed the bikes, beach toys, etc. - they were in great condition which, again, you don't find at many homes - especially at the end of the season (I have been to the OBX for vacation the last 19 years!) We had a very hectic week with the excitement of the wedding upon us so it was a real pleasure to have a home that allowed everyone the space and amenities to wind down and enjoy when it was over!

Everything you see and read about this property is there. The house is well maintained, clean and readily accessible to all amenities. Bikes, all beach toys, heated pool and hottub, movies movies and more movies. The little kids and the big ones loved them. The owners were great and very easy to work with. I, as well as my entire family, highly recommend Seaforever. You will not be disappointed.

Great beach, great house

My family has vacationed in the Outer Banks for many years, and this house was our favorite. Very spacious and very well appointed! We love to cook, and we've come to travel with our own cooking gear due to lack of this in rental homes. But no so with this house - it really had everything! The pool area is also very nice, and it's a short walk to the beach. Great views from the main floors of the house. The house is so well built that its quiet inside, even with lots of family members and children inside. Corolla is lovely - more quiet than Nags Head but the beaches are better: less crowded and wide. We'll visit this house again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 'Sea Forever'. The house is VERY spacious and offers everything you need for a great vacation!!! The elevator was a plus and made taking groceries up and unloading luggage easy. We loved being so close to the beach, grocery store, gift shops, and attractions. We spent many evenings grilling out and enjoying the pool and hot tub. There was so much to do and not enough time!! There were plenty of bikes, scooters, boogie boards, etc.; there is something for everyone to do when you visit 'Sea Forever'!!!

The house we rented was just a great place to stay. We were excited when looking at the pictures, but were even more excited when we arrived. The owners are wonderful people and we are fortunate to have picked there home to rent in 2010. The house is a perfect distance from the beach and there was something for everyone inside the house. Thank you for a relaxing, refreshing getaway.

Our yearly trip to the Outer Banks was per usual wonderful. What made this home especially wonderful and different from our other years of rentals were the personal touches we felt in the home. The extra ammenities of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, spices, coffee and movies were a nice touch! One less thing to have to bring. My family had an excellent time at Sea Forever. The house was beauitful, we enjoyed the large spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen. The pool table and theater room provided many hours of indoor entertainment for everyone. The linens, jacuzzi tub and comfortable furniture added to our vacation relaxation. We had great fun in the Pool and Hot Tub every day. Property was located close to beach, stores and many fun things to do. The property owner were very Customer Service oriented and informative, they called us during our stay to make sure everything was OK - very appreciated. My family ranged in ages from 1 to 90 and all 18 of us had an awesome time. I would definately recommend this property.

"Sea Forever" is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever want. We loved the huge pool and hot tub. Every night we sat and enjoyed the views from one of the many decks, ocean on one side and sunsets on the other. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The great room is bright and comfy with huge windows looking out toward the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the oversized dining table is able to accommodate a crowd. The elevator made move-in really easy. Everything you need or want is there, from movie library to boogie boards to beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners were really nice and were willing to work with us in terms of dates so we could squeeze in a lovely vacation. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
