  My husband and I just arrived home after a weekend trip to Treasure Island and this is our second time staying at this wonderful home. The owners are wonderful and attentive and the larger main house, is incredible. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is not only beautiful to look at, but completely functional and fully equipped, I even made an early thankgiving dinner last year, with no problem at all. The master suite is gorgeous and the location is perfect with the beach across the street and Caddy's just a short stroll away. Did I mention how much our dog loved this place too! There is a great dog friendly area just a walk away and some awesome fishing as well. This house really does have everything for a wonderful beach get away! Thanks for everything LeeAnn!

  ........when we had to fly back to Germany from our 3 week holiday in the US, that we entirely spent in LeeAnn´s beautiful home. After having seen this place we totally agree with all the other guests and their reviews. It felt like vacation from the first day on, and the place and it´s owner made us feel like home from the very beginning. Besides going to the beautiful beach just across the street we visited places like Bush Gardens, Tampa Bay Aquarium, John and Mable Ringling museum in Sarasota, Adventure Island, Sea World Orlando, Salvador Dali Museum St. Petersburg, Fort De Soto, John´s Pass, and much more!! We found excellent places to dine, great shopping locations, had wonderful ice cream nearby at super scoops, rented a boat and had our own personal dolphin encounter. We just had a great time!!!! All the other reviews and opinions are true! It´s a place for gorgeous holidays! We decided to come back next year!!!

  Where do I start... this place is more than just a vacation rental, from the time of arrival you will definitely become part of the family. The house is spacious and beautiful complete with all the modern upgrades. It is also pet friendly which is a great bonus if traveling with your pet. It is located in a neighborhood perfect for walking and the beach is located directly across the street. Two local nightlife spots with live music are just a few steps up the street, making an evening out very convenient. Leann and Debbie were absolutely wonderful, and we should know after riding out Tropical Storm Debby with them. We have found our vacation get-away no need to look elsewhere!!!

  We spent a week in this home and had a Terrific Time! The beach is just a very short walk, the sand is great and the water warm and clear. LeeAnn has everything from beach chairs to bicycles. We grilled out enjoyed the music from Ka Tiki in the evening while sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. We rented the house and the one-bedroom apartment downstairs. We slept 10 comfortably! The apartment is very cute and perfect for a couple or even more since it has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. We have travelled to many places and stayed in some great condos. LeeAnn's place is by far the most comfortable and she is simply the BEST! My youngest wants to make coming here a family tradition. I can't say more than that!

  Thanks to Leanne and her wonderful home our vacation was absolutely wonderful!! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. LeeAnne was great. The home is located right across the street from the beach and also close to two great places for adult fun. The Caddy is right on the beach and you could easily reserve chairs and umbrellas for a day on the beach. They also offered food, drinks and music every day. Ka-Tiki is kiddi-caddie from the house and a great place for an evening of music and drinks. Both places only have music until 10pm so if you have little ones don't worry about being disturbed. We went with a 3yr and 5yr old and they weren't bothered at all. The home is also close to Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach both have great establishments to visit. Would definitely recommend LeeAnn and her beautiful home as a choice rental if you plan to stay on Treasure Island Beach any time soon.

  We had a great time at the beach house. It had everything that we needed and a Publix grocery store is very near by. There were dolphins swimming right off shore in the mornings. Beautiful sunsets. LeeAnn and her family are wonderful and live next door if you need anything. We got to enjoy Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, Johns Pass and the Clearwater Marine Center where Winter the dolphin lives. We also rented the in-law apartment for our teenage daughter. She loved having her own space. We would definitely stay here again and we loved the area. There was so much to do in addition to enjoying the beach and there were amazing places to eat near by.

  The house was beautiful, very well kept, very clean and comes with all the house hold amenities, perfect location, short walk to the beach and beach bar & restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner called Caddy's, which offers free beach chairs and umbrellas, just tip the worker. We had a great time and would highly recommend the beach house to anyone. Leeann is very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect for us. Thanks, Leeann Craig

  We just spent our Spring Break at this very comfortable and very well maintain house. It is across the street from the beach and it is close to restaurants and stores. The property owner and her cousin made us feel really welcome. The house had everything we needed. We hope to come back to Treasure Island!

  I was trying to put together a reunion with some friends from all over America. We were looking for a house that was on the beach, next to the cities, but also had things to do if you just wanted to hang out. Well this house is beyond everything I could have imagined. First and foremost, LeeAnn. She is absolutely everything you could ever ask for in a person to rent from. When she says that you should come and bring your tooth brush and bathingsuit, she really means that. Your right on the beach, you have everything you could ever want within a three minute drive, and the house is filled with dishes and cleaning supplies. One night, we were trying to bake cookies, and we couldn't find the quarter cup measurer. We called LeeAnn, and within thirty seconds, we were ready to bake. Location: you are less than 60 seconds from your door to the water. It doesn't get much better than that. The house is beautiful and perfect for everyone to have their own room, or snuggle in one of the king beds. This is the first time we have rented in Florida, but each of us took LeeAnn's contact information and have passed it on if anyone ever needs a great spot to rent. She really does make your vacation simple and easy on you. Loved Loved Loved it!!!!!!

  Absolutely amazing time. Home was super clean. Beach just 100 steps away. Not like a typically rental property more like family home. Will stay again hopefully soon! Close to everything. Hear the waves crashing in early morning hours! Just perfect!
