Kapoho Oceanview Ohana is a beautiful 2nd Level home with lots of space, wonderful views & beautiful vaulted ceilings throughout the house, great for upto 4 guests or a Romantic Couple Getaway!
This unit is located in our Kapoho gated community.
Newly built 1 bedroom & 1 bath home with fully equipped Kitchen, opens up to the Living Room area, has wonderful views of the Ocean. The home is walking distance to Champagne Pond and Ocean, water temperatures between 75-87 degrees Fahrenheit. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is about a 1 hr dr. Near by, explore the Puna area's Lava Tree State Park and Ahalanui County Park's naturally heated swimming pools, Kapoho's exquisite coral gardens, the Keaau orchid growing area, and many more adventures and interests to visit.

If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.

If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.

We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival(i.e: American Express, AIG, etc).
