Home is located about 2 blocks South of Fort Rock Park and about 20-25 miuntes to some of the best snowboarding and skiing to be found anywhere. Sledding parks and snow-mobile rentals also available.
You will find the location of our Sunriver vacation home is superb! Located in the heart of the Sunriver community, it boasts an absolutely wonderful woodsy location, yet still not too far from activities, stores and shops. Fort Rock Park is just up the street and around the corner. A great place for the kids to spend hours of enjoyment. You will be extremely happy with the privacy of the back area of our vacation home. What you get are wonderful deep-forest views. Keep an eye out for the various visiting wildlife!
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main floor. There are 2 suites with full baths on the 2nd floor. Bed Arrangements: 1-King Bed in Master Suite (Upstairs) 2-twin beds and 1-full sized bed in second upstairs suite. (Great children's area) 2-queen beds (1 in each downstairs bedroom) 1-queen hide-a-bed (living room)

- Our Sunriver vacation home offers onsite Ping-Pong, Foosball and Darts and a Private Hot-Tub. We currently offer 4-adult bikes and 2-trikes (quantity of each may vary). Condition and quantity is not guaranteed. The following activities are within the Sunriver community or very close to Sunriver, There is a Wold Class golf course and club house within the community. Mt. Bacelor is a short 20-25 minute drive with some of the best snowboarding and skiing in the nation. There is also sledding parks and snow-mobile rentals avialable.

Winter rates are $250 per night, plus $90 cleaning fee. Holiday's excluded.
10% discount on nightly rate with 7 or more night stay!!
$350 Damage Deposit required,fully refundable providing no damage
Spring and Summer rate $295 per night, plus cleaning fee. 4 night minimum.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our vacation home is located at 5 Quartz Mtn. Lane, a quiet interior loop with very little traffic. A great place for the kids to play. Our location offers direct views into one of the largest forested common areas in the entire Sunriver community. We are located about equal-distance to both the North and South Sunriver Community pools. We are less than 2-blocks from Fort Rock Park which has activities for all ages. Fort Rock Park includes play structures for the little ones, several tennis courts and basketball courts. In addition, Fort Rock Park has a large grassy park area for general activities and play. The kids and adults love it!
The layout of the home is perfect for multi-family renters. It has 2 large suites upstairs and 2 nice sized bedrooms and full bath on the main floor. Of course there are TV's in each room, and a large screen TV in the family room. We also have high speed internet wi-fi available for your computers. We hope to see you soon!
