We are about 20-25 minutes to some of the best snowboarding and skiing to be found anywhere. Sledding parks and snow-mobile rentals also available.
You will find the location of our Sunriver vacation home is superb! Located in the heart of the Sunriver community, it boasts an absolutely wonderful woodsy location, yet still not too far from activities, stores and shops. Fort Rock Park is just up the street and around the corner. A great place for the kids to spend hours of enjoyment. You will be extremely happy with the privacy of the back area of our vacation home. What you get are wonderful deep-forest views. Keep an eye out for the various visiting wildlife!
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main floor. There are 2 suites with 2 full baths on the 2nd floor. Bed Arrangements: 1-King Bed in Master Suite (Upstairs) 2-twin beds and 1-full sized bed in second upstairs suite. (Great children's area) 1-queen bed & 1 - King Bed (1 in each downstairs bedroom) 1-queen hide-a-bed (living room)

We had a great time renting this house. It is close to Bend as well as Mt. Bachelor. We would recommend it for families or for groups for a retreat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

The home's space worked well and the location is great! It is close to Fort Rock Park and the new SHARC with a nice yard. However, the home needs a thorough cleaning and new carpeting. Despite the cosmetic issues, we still had a great vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We've shampooed the carpets several times this summer so it is time for a new flooring :) Just had master bath shower redone so maybe new floors next year. In the meantime, we are making an effort to keep the carpeting shampooed. We also just hired a new cleaning service and are much happier with their great job cleaning

Our stay at the house was the best yet! The toys, highchair and baby gate that came with the house were well used and greatly appreciated with our 18-month grandson. The house was in great shape, beds were comfortable, hot tub was AWESOME. We will definitely use this same house in our future yearly get-aways! The owner was very helpful in making the arrangements as well.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

5 Quartz Mountain was a great base camp for us while we played a tournament in Bend. Great house, well-equipped and peaceful. The SHARC passes are a huge bonus as we used them twice while we were there, keeping us from having to drop close to $400 in entry admission. I was there with a group of girlfriends and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The home is very clean and comfortable, you can settle right in. The main floor had 2 bedrooms with queen beds so anyone with mobility issues can stay on the first floor. The second floor also had 2 bedrooms and each had a bath. Lots of room for families and loads of stuff to do and equipment to use. The hot tub was a bonus after a day of hiking. The kitchen table actually fit the 8 chairs that are there, even though the photo only showed 6. The decks had lots of seating, with a big stack of chairs, 2 tables, and built in benches, and a gas BBQ. The kitchen had all we needed and we cooked great meals. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a second dryer in the garage which came in handy for extra hot tub towels etc. 10 SHARC passes are included which gives you almost more to do than you can fit in. I would highly recommend this house. It is also on a quiet street, so no worries for families with children.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

This was an amazing house. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, an TONS of amenity's. Great weather, bike riding on great trails. Skiing and hiking, and shopping. We LOVED it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We had the best time with a group of friends here! The house is large enough to sleep the 8 of us with room to spare and yet is cozy enough to feel like you're sitting by the fire in your own living room! It's cozy, comfortable, clean and is in a beautiful wooded setting! It was awesome! Daytime temps were in the 60's while we were there with a foot of snow on the ground, but the walking trail/bike path was plowed. There were 4 adult bikes and a couple of children's bikes in the garage along with darts and a ping pong table, so we went on a couple of great bike rides! (Although I set a pretty quick pace for a friend to keep up with. Sorry Girlfriend!) Others walked, some went golfing close by and yet others went skiing 20 minutes away! AND there's a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day! This was the first time I'd been to that area and was impressed that there are so many things to do year round! The Village is within walking/biking distance with some nice little shops and restaurants. Was told by a local at a little thrift shop that there are, if I remember correctly, 28 golf courses all within a 45 minute drive from Sunriver! We're hoping maybe to go back in the summer and float an inner tube down the river and do a bit of hiking and fishing and golfing! The house was great and only had to bring our food and clothing. The area is great with many options for activities! Hope to go back again! Our vacation home is located at 5 Quartz Mtn. Lane, a quiet interior loop with very little traffic. A great place for the kids to play. Our location offers direct views into one of the largest forested common areas in the entire Sunriver community. We are located about equal-distance to both the North and South Sunriver Community pools. We are less than 2-blocks from Fort Rock Park which has activities for all ages. Fort Rock Park includes play structures for the little ones, several tennis courts and basketball courts. In addition, Fort Rock Park has a large grassy park area for general activities and play. The kids and adults love it!
The layout of the home is perfect for multi-family renters. It has 2 large suites upstairs and 2 nice sized bedrooms and full bath on the main floor. Of course there are TV's in each room, and a large screen TV in the family room. We also have high speed internet wi-fi available for your computers. We hope to see you soon!
