New Luxury Condo, Two Private Pools, Block from Beach and Town
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:Yes
Brand new(Spring 2009)luxury condo in an intimate gated community just off main street. Easy access to Jaco Beach and its famous surfing, with short drives to Las Suenas golf course, deep sea fishing, zip lines and ATV tours. The activities are unlimited. Let your children enjoy the secluded back pool and "cool tub" while you relax with a fresh mango daiquiri in the pool just off the front patio.
Owners are foodies so you will find an unusually well appointed kitchen. Be sure and visit the fresh fish market and one of the most amazing farmers markets anywhere (most Fridays) at the south end of main street. Don't want to cook? Jaco features several world class restaurants in walking distance. But whatever your do don't miss the "sodas" for "comida Tipico" at lunch. There is a nice wine shop and a larger than convenience store across the street.
Best of all is the birding. You will be minutes from some of the best birding in the world. A good birder could list 50 of Costa Rica's 850 species in an afternoon. Or just sit by the pool and see what flies by.
Ask our staff for tours to Manuel Antonio and Carrara NPs and Monte Verde or Arenal areas. But mostly Pura Vida.

The condo provided exactly what I was looking for during my vacation. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained by the staff. The kitchen is large and easy to work in, the beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. The staff was very polite and helpful at suggesting places to visit and dine. The condo's location in Jaco is very convenient with a grocery store nearby, a short walk to the beach, and numerous stores and restaurants in all directions. It's location slightly off the main road made my stay peaceful and quiet in the evenings. After spending much of the day taking in the numerous nearby attractions, it was the perfect place to return to in order to relax and prepare for the next day.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I stayed here during “the wet season” (early July 2009) and loved every minute of it! Every fixture and detail in the condo is brand new and sparkling from the granite countertops to cherry wood cabinets, multiple flat screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, and California king bed. Imagine waking up and showering in a stone shower with two separate faucets and glass frame, making a quick breakfast in a spacious kitchen that has everything you’d ever need, and walking literally five steps out of the ground floor sliding door into a cool blue bottom outdoor pool before you start your day. Don’t worry about cleaning up – the maid will come and tidy up while you’re gone. Go to the Jaco beach to surf, or take a quick cab ride to Herradura a few km away for calmer waters. Other activities I tried were horseback riding into the hills, zip lining through the mountains, and bird watching at dawn at Carrera National Park. Or if you’d like to take a day trip, consider going to easily accessible Manuel Antonio, rated one of the top beaches in Latin America and my literal vision of paradise. No matter what you do, you’ll look forward to coming “home to your condo to rest and recharge in luxury. Stay connected with bug free Wi-Fi and stop by the office to say hi to the staff to ask for a recommendation for lunch or dinner. The condo is in the heart of Jaco so you can easily walk to local shops and diners,[and even a very safe ATM steps away] but the cabs are so plentiful you will find them easily accessible if you are feeling lazy. Bring your lover, your friends, or your whole family to kick back, relax, and enjoy Costa Rica in style!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had the pleasure of spending a week in this brand new condo on a recent vacation to Costa Rica, and couldn't have been more pleased. The condo is beautifully appointed and well laid out to provide privacy and separation for several guests while also having all the amenities you need in common spaces such as the kitchen, and living room. It's a quiet ground floor setup with fabulous access to one of the private pools on the property. The development overall is well done, with luscious tropical flowers and plants, attractive layout, and overall management that is really on top of things. We were even able to arrange "in-home" massages for a very reasonable price while we were there, through the help of the front desk staff. The location is perfect for accessing all of Jaco's and surrounding area attractions, many within easy walking distance from the condo. Just staying at the development itself is a treat -- could have spent even more days just lounging in the pool and relaxing on the patio. One of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time -- definitely plan to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Pat and Kathleen are professionals who live and work in Casper, Wyoming. After many visits to Costa Rica we settled on Jaco becasue of its location and combination of "civilization" and access to wilderness. We love to tromp around the forrests during the day -we are avid bird watchers - and then enjoy a nice meal in the evening. The condo accommodates our large extended family and gives us a nice break from the Wyoming winters as we phase into retirement. Because we use the condo as much as we can, we make sure its in tip top shape when we do rent it.
Why the Owner Chose Jaco:
We were looking for a winter home with investment upside. We were impressed with the vision and integrity of the builder, Paul Cooper. The intimate size and the quality of the project sold us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
we have an English / Spanish speaking staff that acts as a maitre'd. they will organize almost any activity you choose. Easy call in/out telephone, internet and Wi-Fi is important.
