Our Privately owned Villa has the following:
1. Bedroom 1 (Master) - King size bed, En-Suite bath/shower room, 26in TV, Hair dryer, Walk in wardrobe with Floor safe and patio doors leading to pool area.
2. Bedroom 2 (Master also) - King size bed, En-Suite bath/shower room, 22in TV, Hair dryer and Walk in wardrobe.
3. Bedroom 3 & 4 - Both have Twin beds with walk in wardrobes. Shared 3rd Family Bath/Shower room. 1 Room has 14in TV.
4. The bedroom layout makes it ideal for 2 families or for having the grandparents along.
5. The Lounge area is spacious with a 26in TV, Home Cinema system, DVD, Video, Stereo and patio doors leading to pool area.
6. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need should you wish to eat in. The utility room with seperate washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
7. It has its own south facing screened pool (24ft x 13ft) with extended deck area for those relaxing days sunbathing or a quiet drink in the evening after a long day at the parks! The pool can be heated for a small additional charge. And don't forget the lovely lake view, watching for wildlife.
8. The villa has internet access available, ethernet cable or wireless.
9. The villa is on the quiet development of Eagle Pointe. This is just off the main 192, so if you don't fancy eating in then you wont have far to go to find an excellent selection of restaurants. This, together with the fact you are only 10 mins from the gates of Disney and 5 mins from Walmart, makes it an ideal location.

We rented the property in December. Great location. The property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool. Beds were made with fresh linens, more linens were in the closets. Plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen had all the dishes and equipment that we needed. Over all great home for good price. Will use again.

Spotlessly clean, really pleased i booked this Villa, good view of the lake, and yes, there is a alligator in the lake. Would definately book this villa again. Owners very contactable and obviously look after their property. VERY, VERY HAPPY

We just stayed here from June 26-July 2, 2011. The home is very spacious, clean and comfy. The pool was great and just a few yards out the screened patio door is a pond area that actually had small alligators in it! We watched them everyday at a safe distance from the bank. It was SO neat, our kids loved it! This was a great place to stay!

We traveled to Florida for a Disney vacation. Myself, my husband, our two teenage daughters and two of their friends stayed in this beautiful villa. It was clean and well maintained. There was plenty room for all of us. It was a very easy and quick drive to Disney and the pool was great for relaxing. We loved the layout of the home and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for sharing your villa.

This was a great house for our Disney trip. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 (each of our kids had a friend with them) and the private pool was a real plus. The only negative was that the garage was too small to park our mini-van in. The house is in great condition and is located only 3 miles further from Disney than the hotel we used to stay at. We will try to stay here again the next time we travel to Disney. Over the years, we've gone from staying in a Downtown Disney hotel, to staying in a nearby hotel, to finally staying in this private home. Each time, the accommodations improved with no increase in cost. Live and learn....

What a great place to stay! Our family (four adults and three kids) arrived on 15 April to find the home exactly as described. The kids loved the pool and seeing the lake, ducks, and even a small gator in the lake! This was so much better than staying in a hotel - we had room to spread out and we had the space to be all together when we desired. Having the private, screened-in pool was great. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there and we enjoyed being able to fix a few meals at "home." Area was quiet and peaceful even though you are surrounded by other homes. Location was great - easy commute to Disney World, Sea World, shopping, and dining out. Just a great experience from start to finish. The owners were quick to answer our questions and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone interested. Brian and Carol

This home is the most relaxing place . The view of the small lake right behind your house is to die for. I would highly recommend this place to any an everybody.
