Enjoy the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of St. Augustine Beach while staying in this 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, custom decorated beach condo with FREE high speed internet(in the condo) and flat screen HDTV's.This condo offers a screened in balcony from the living room and the master bedroom with a spectacular ocean view, as well as views of the lake, pool and clubhouse. Seaside is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, County Fishing Pier, City Recreation Center and Pavilion. One of the best kept secrets is the 40 plus miles of beach and you can still drive your car on the beach in designated areas. St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US, offers fabulous restaurants, unique shops, art galleries, horse drawn carriage rides and historical attractions. There are also many family attractions including The Alligator Farm, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Marineland and Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. St. Augustine is 40 miles south of Jacksonville.
Seaside at Anastasia is a gated community and one of the newest on the Beach. This unit was built in 2003 using concrete and steel-reinforced construction. Each building has it's own elevator. Every unit has sprinklers and a central fire alarm system for your protection. The condominium is in the heart of one of the most sought after communities in North Florida on Anastasia Island. You are just steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and white sandy beaches. Directly across from the project are the City's recreational facilities which include the Fishing Pier, volleyball, basketball and boccee courts, weekly farmers market and during the Summer on Wednesday nights there are free concerts for the public. Anastasia State Park and a local YMCA are both just around the corner from the project. If you don't want to walk to the beach, you can drive the short distance to the beach access ramp, drive onto the beach and park. Two outlet malls are within 20 minutes drive and World Golf Village is 30 minutes away.

"Our 9th "April" in this building, best view in the complex. Sun in the A.M., sun in late P.M. This is the best condo in the building - furnished and kept up well." "We've been coming here for three years and have stayed in three condos. This is by far the most like home. We appreciated the TV's and WIFI. The appliances were a lot like home with great furnishings in the kitchen. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the screened-in balcony. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo. We chose to take a family vacation for Christmas and this was perfect! We had seven adults from Illinois, Tennessee and Arkansas. The owner even had a wreath and Christmas music available for us! The condo had everything and more. It was decorated beautifully and had all of the items we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed visiting the beach, the farmers market, historical St Augustine and just spending time together in the condo. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

I wanted to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo last week. We had a wonderful time with our sons and your condo certainly helped in the comforts of our stay. It was a great location for us and offered more "comforts of home" than we expected. The kitchen was very well suited for our Thanksgiving Day meal and then some!! This condo is perfect , clean , neat and tidy, spacious and bright , quiet and well equiped . My wife and I spent a week there recently and had a great stay. We visited the city of Saint Augustine, spent time on the beaches , played some golf and of course did some shopping at the factory outlets. The local restaurants are great and all services are close by. We would recommend this condo to couples , groups of friends or families for a stay in the area.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a lovely place this was. Everything was beautiful and clean. Our family had such a good time at the beach and enjoying the beautiful pool. We read, caught fish, ate and enjoyed every minute. We are already planning our next trip back! Every aspect of this rental was fabulous!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

After spending several vacations in the St. Augustine area when our children were younger we decided to buy so that our grandchildren could vacation here. We stayed in Seaside at Anastasia several years ago and realized this was the best location on the island. It's an easy walk to the beach, the pier, parks, restaurants, and shopping.
