"Our 9th "April" in this building, best view in the complex. Sun in the A.M., sun in late P.M. This is the best condo in the building - furnished and kept up well." This was Richard and Donna's third year in our condo and they will be back next April.

"We've been coming here for three years and have stayed in three condos. This is by far the most like home. We appreciated the TV's and WIFI. The appliances were a lot like home with great furnishings in the kitchen. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the screened-in balcony. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo. We chose to take a family vacation for Christmas and this was perfect! We had seven adults from Illinois, Tennessee and Arkansas. The owner even had a wreath and Christmas music available for us! The condo had everything and more. It was decorated beautifully and had all of the items we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed visiting the beach, the farmers market, historical St Augustine and just spending time together in the condo. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

I wanted to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo last week. We had a wonderful time with our sons and your condo certainly helped in the comforts of our stay. It was a great location for us and offered more "comforts of home" than we expected. The kitchen was very well suited for our Thanksgiving Day meal and then some!! I can certainly understand why you enjoy vacationing there. We look forward to our next visit to St. Augustine.

This condo is perfect , clean , neat and tidy, spacious and bright , quiet and well equiped . My wife and I spent a week there recently and had a great stay. We visited the city of Saint Augustine, spent time on the beaches , played some golf and of course did some shopping at the factory outlets. The local restaurants are great and all services are close by. We would recommend this condo to couples , groups of friends or families for a stay in the area.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

What a lovely place this was. Everything was beautiful and clean. Our family had such a good time at the beach and enjoying the beautiful pool. We read, caught fish, ate and enjoyed every minute. We are already planning our next trip back! Every aspect of this rental was fabulous!

This was our first time at this rental. We were a bit apprehesive about renting a unit off the beach because we have always enjoyed being right on the beach. After viewing the picutres and communicating with the owner, we decided to give this one a try. We would have to say it exceeded our expectations. The unit was immaculate, well decorated, well furnished, right across the street from the beach and pier, just a few blocks from thesouth end of Anastasia SP, and 10 minutres from the lighthouse, boat ramp, and historic St. Augustine. It was a wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We're glad that we were able to accomodate you with parking for your boat so you could enjoy the waterways. Fall is a great time to take in a tour at the Sebastian Winery or go on one of the many "ghost tours" offered. Starting about November 17, the historic area of St. Augustine is ablaze with millions of tiny lights for the holidays and is a perfect time for a horse drawn carriage ride at night. We look forward to having you return soon!

When we booked our condo in St.Augustine we really didn't know what to expect although we had viewed the photos of the condo on-line. A quick walk-through when we arrived, told us we definitely had chosen the right place! Everything was there that we needed for a great vacation near the ocean... condiments in the kitchen, generous supply of towels and linens,beach towels, beach toys for the children, folding chairs for the beach, a beach umbrella, lap blankets for the sofa, reading material, and even a PAC-n-play for our youngest. Except for food, all we needed to bring was our own clothes and toiletries, swim suits, and sun screen.We would have preferred to be directly on the beach, but the condo was roomy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.The walk to the beach for the adults was good exercise. I certainly would recommend the condo to anyone! Wonderful experience! I would love to go back again next year.

We could not have asked for a better condo. The condo had everything anyone could need: beacher chair, boogie board, beach towels, all linens, and necessary cooking utensils. It was beautifully decorated and made you feel at home.

This was our first year staying in this condo and it was amazing. Everything was decorated beautifully and it was like a little beach cottage. The first night we were a little concerned about the fridge because the freezer was getting cold however it did not feel as though the fridge side was getting cold. However, the next morning the fridge was cold and we did not have a problem the rest of the week. We usually spend more time outside at the beach or pool but Tropical Storm Beryl came on vacation with us and it rained most of the week. So instead we enjoyed the sitting on the balcony watching the storms, playing games, and watching the nice tv. The condo was exactly as it was listed in the description. It was extremely clean and everything has been well maintained. It is definitely a great location and I hope that we will be able to return soon. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your gorgeous condo!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a week. The condo is spacious and beautiful (pictures don't do it justice!) The location is great and the condo community includes a pool and fitness center. It is also a great place for kids!

Our favorite adventures included watching our 1 yr. old experience the beach for the first time, the pool, yoga on the beach - thanks to City Yoga, Wednesday's Farmers Market across the street at the pier, bikes rides, and sightseeing downtown via the trolley. The condo is wonderful!! Cute decor, comfortable furnishings ... very thankful for all the child-friendly items - (especially the pack n' play. Took advantage of the fitness center in the clubhouse and loved the pool and easy access to the beach.

"This was our eighth year in these condos (2nd year in this one). This is the best condo we have stayed in this complex and building. Great furnishings, all the supplies you need, wonderful mornings for coffee on the balcony, close to the beach and the Farmer's Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. ***We already have reservations in this condo for next April, 2013! We love it here!"

"We have been renting at this complex for 8 years and this is the 5th condo we had had! This was by far the nicest. Very well furnished. The TV's were great and I loved the WIFI....Thank you for such a nice comfortable place. Oh, also the sunrises are spectacular!"

The condo was a wonderful place to stay in. The location was close to beach access and downtown St Augustine. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed so we only had to buy food, not condiments, plastic plates, dish-washing detergent, etc. The condo even had puzzles, beach toys, bikes to use, etc. We were two families and because the condo had 4 Queen beds and 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone.

Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

We were checking out the area for an eventual move. Loved everything - can see how this would be a great place to live. Location, location, location. The condo was perfect, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Best rental we're had from VRBO. We loved the unlimited choices for golf, downtown St. Augustine, driving on the beach and the outlets.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for long weekend with some friends, and couldn't have asked for a better place! I love the fact that we could walk across the street to the beach and just a block down for dinner. The condo is beautifully decorated and has every ammenity of home...and then some. There is so much to do in this beautiful town. We can't wait to come back and bring our daughter- there is a great playground and splash area right across the street!

Just spent 5 incredible days at this condo with my parents and twin boys. What a great place to stay with kids! The beach, the pool, a splash pad and playground steps away, could it get any bettter. Tons of great restaurants are within walking distance. The outlets have every store you could ever imagine. The condo looks like it was decorated by someone on HGTV. I will definitely be back.

Sorry I am late writing this but our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter met us at the condo for a week and then came home with us so we have been happily busy. The condo was everything it was advertised to be. We carried too many things we didn't need like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything you need is there. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. Easy walk to great, long, sandy beaches. Kids play area at the beach, pool, farmer's market on Wednesdays, restaurants close by, easy drive elsewhere. Couldn't have been more pleased. Not sure we will get to this area again (we were there to attend a wedding, partly) but if we do this is where we will stay. Thompsons from Lawrenceburg,TN

Our family of 4 just had one of our best vacations - Ever. This condo was exactly as described and then some. The location was ideal, easy walk to the beach, easy drive to all area attractions. The property is well maintained and the property management staff was very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, plus visiting downtown St. Augustine was a highlight. This is a great area to enjoy beach, history, and many more family activities.

We stayed the first week in January and loved the condo. It was well stocked with anything you neededand very well maintained. The decorations were cute and very cozy. Although it cold for Florida, it was nice to be close to the beach and loved the farmers market on Wednesday being just across the street. It was just perfect for our family vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation in St. Augustine.

We stayed in your condo May 21-26 th 2010 .your place was very nice. I have never stayed in a condo that furnished the things you have in you condo. Thank you so much this was my granddaughters first visit to FL. She injoyed using the bogy board to ride the waves. I will recomend you place to my friends and family.

This condo offers a great place to relax and get away from work for a while! I feel refreshed and re-energized from my relaxing stay. The beach is only a few blocks away and it was fun going there to swim, read, lounge, jog, etc... They also have a massive fishing pier, which was a fun place to catch fish and chat with the local anglers. We also loved going to the wonderful local restaurants just blocks away and stuffing ourselves with the best fresh seafood around. From visiting the Alligator Farm to the historic trolley rides, there is so much to do and see. Kayaking during the full moon was a spectacular site as well! This a wonderful experience and I recommend this place for any traveler!

This is the most amazing place imaginable. The condo is situated just across from the beach. It is within 1-2 blocks from fun, locally-owned seafood restaurants, and a couple of miles from historic downtown St. Augustine. The area is quiet and relaxing yet has plenty of events and action around from live music in the parks and pubs, outdoor events such as kayaking, hiking to museum tours and darling shops. The sun and moon rise just over the ocean across from the condo where the windows face east. St. Augustine Beach is clean and spacious - perfect for walking, jogging, biking, swimming, resting and relaxing in the sand. The condo is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor furniture, a glorious balcony and plenty of kitchen-ware if you'd prefer to cook. It is a true dream! We loved it and feel so grateful to have spent time at this amazing condo in St. Augustine!!!

We rented this condo for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was wonderful! My three kids spent most of their time out on the screened in balcony and my husband and I loved the door to the balcony from our room. My mother and father joined us and there was plenty of room for the seven of us. It was the most fun holiday trip we have ever had! We are already talking about our next trip!
