The local people of the BaJa are what make this land, sea and property truly special. They will see to your every need, a spa visit, maid service, activity, car rental or dinner suggestions all done professionally with a smile.
Our villa was decorated to give you a feeling of Mexico using all Mexico made furnishings, with the exception of American beds, all the art was painted in Mexico, originals not mass produced. The villa feels more like your home with the amenities of a hotel. I cater at home so our kitchen is set up for you to make gourmet meals in or go out. I know that once you have stayed you will return as our regular guests do year after year. The comment I hear most often is that our photos don't do the villa justice. Fall in love with the BaJa as my children, husband and I have.

This was our 3rd year to stay in this VLE home and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Cabo. We were hooked the first time we stayed here and keep coming back every year. Everything here is the best, from the 5-star home accomodations, beautiful property amenities, VLE helpful staff, and ideal/convient location. Stay here and have no regrets!!! My husband and I have stayed in many villas at La Estancia but this one was decorated like none other - filled with beautiful original works of art, colorful Mexican pillows and bright fuzzy throws on all the comfortable furniture. Lovely soft lamps lit up the corners and even some of the art pieces on the walls were glowing. The kitchen was fully stocked, including the largest margarita machine I've ever seen! The patio was huge and wonderfully warmed by the morning sun. Large, comfortable lounging chairs were on the patio, along with a dining table and small bistro table overlooking the resort. We enjoyed our coffee there every morning! The villa even has a collection of DVD's and CD's, books, games, plus beach chairs & coolers - they have thought of everything. Camille was so wonderful - very responsive to my last minute questions. Once we arrived, everything was so perfect, we just relaxed and enjoyed. This is a gorgeous villa in a lovely resort - beautiful inside and out. Our ten day stay flew by, but we hope to return soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been coming to cabo for almost 20 years. Have stayed at many of the resorts and private villas.This property and this condo has it all. The owner has always been able to be reached. Her condo is decorated to complement mexican culture. Having had such an amazing time in Cabo in 2012, we decided to choose the same venue again this year! We were certainly not disappointed! The villa is as superb as we remembered and the location just as stunning! We had to take another trip to Todos Santos - such a beautiful little town with so much atmosphere and friendly people - definitely a must! We also added a whale watching trip this time in Cabo - well worth it - saw a lot of whales, including a mother and baby - fantastic!! Our family just returned for a second visit to this beautiful Villa La Estancia condo. Our first experience last year beat all expectations and this visit was even better. The condo itself is immaculate and model perfect. The owner is super-responsive to questions and the booking process is quite simple. We also highly recommend the private transportation service available at the owner's suggestion. The condo did not disappoint and the resort was beautiful. We will definitely go back. The location was perfect, you could walk down the beach to have lunch at a great place called the Office. There were so many activities that were accessible right from the beach. We had a wonderful vacation. I recently stayed in this villa at La Estancia and it was a glorious experience! The villa is spectacular. The owner has done a superb job at decorating it and provided all the amenities of a home. It is luxurious yet comfortable, quiet, with the benefits of a hotel.My guests and I enjoyed a fabulous view and had access to many high end comforts such as concierge service, a beautiful swimmable beach, pool and spa as well as great restaurants at the resort. The town of Los Cabos is nearby and has a really nice marina and lots of high end shopping and plenty of nightlife. We enjoyed the horseback and ATV riding on the beach, snorkel trips, tennis and traveling to neighboring towns for shopping. It is a magnificent way to do a vacation with family and friends. Everything a person could possibly need was offered within this condo. Our family felt at home, which made our vacation that much more enjoyable. The staff at the resort made us feel as if we had been visiting them for years and years and this had been our very first time at Villa la Estancia. The hospitality that Camille offers is completely over the top. When a family is equipped with the comforts of home on vacation, the family time spent together with in this condo during the evenings, made memories is paradise. This was our first visit to Mexico and it could not have been better!! The apartment is beautifully furnished with a real Mexican feel and is far superior to anywhere else we have stayed before. The gardens are immaculate and very pretty and the views are spectacular - the beach is stunning and well worth getting up early to watch the amazing sunrise!! The staff in the Villa Estancia complex are both friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Many amazing local restaurants within easy walking distance - good atmosphere and local people so warm and welcoming!! About the owner: I am 48 love decorating, party planing, floral, and book arrangements. My husband owns a trucking company and is the third generation. We plan to retire, and spend 6 months a year in Cabo when the kids are off to college.
Why the Owner Chose Villa La Estancia:
We have visited all over Mexico and Cabo is the most beautiful spot (in our opinion) its rural, yet they have strong organic influences, plus the people are so friendly and truly kind. It's not overcrowded and it doesn't take hours to get to dinner like in FL. It is a religious area with low crime. The harbor is the second largest in the world, and the fishing and site seeing fabulous. The Sea of Cortez is fun to swim in and ride the surf, yet to dine and view the pacific is a truly grand site. The restaurants are all unique and ever changing, with a high level of quality and service. The music from this area is a treat as well. Our location is a 10 minute beach walk to downtown cabo, and only 35 minutes from the airport. Its on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Staying on the BaJa you will find that many areas you can't walk to downtown Cabo, our location you can, either by road or beach, with stops along the way to eat or get a drink. The Medano beach can be enjoyed but staying on the pacific side swimming is not allowed, so only viewing the water. La Estancia has two pools and you have access to three more pools on either side, one having a whale slide for younger kids. Guests of Estancia can use the three properties Palmar, Arco, and Estancia, but the other properties must have permission to join you at Estancia. We are a full ownership property but you have the amenities of a hotel. Activity desk and rental car service located in our lobby.
