  I've rented many homes on VRBO over the years and this one was by far one of the best. It's incredibly well-maintained and was the perfect size for me, my husband, two young sons and mother in law. The house is fully stocked with everything you'll need, from fresh linens to beach chairs. My kids were also happy to discover an assortment of children's books and toys (although of course they wished there were more of those!). The house has been fully renovated and both bathrooms had plenty of hooks and storage to hold towels, toiletries, etc as well as hand soap, extra toilet paper, etc. In many ways it felt like a hotel because Stephanie thought of everything travelers would need to feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make many meals at home and there's also a grill outside. Everyone we met on the island was so friendly and we hit some of the local food spots including Sandbar, Ginny and Jane E's (amazing cinnamon buns), Poppo's Taqueria and The Beach Bistro. It was a wonderful vacation from start to finish and I couldn't recommend Stephanie's wonderful home more.

  This home is nice enough to live in year round,tastefully decorated, well maintained by caring owners- in a superb location close to all the special features of Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for another.

  Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was pristine and the community had so much to offer. The beach was beautiful and child safe because it had a gradual incline. Stephanie has a generous supply of beach toys and a handy little carrier that my four young boys had a blast using. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

  We have been on the island many times and this place is one of the best we have stayed. Well appointed and stocked. Stephanie makes every attempt to make her guests feel welcome. We loved it and will be back soon. A few steps to the ocean, this well maintained property comes highly recommended.

  We had a wonderful stay!! This vacation get away is very clean and the decor is cozy and comfortable. Anna Maria Island is lovely and our "home away from home" was an easy walk to the beach on a path through the dunes. You could not ask for a more peaceful location. A totally pleasant experience. Thank you....we will be back!

  I Love This Place!!!!! This was our 3rd year staying at the Seaside Sanctuary. We have never wanted to stay anywhere else after we found this place that we call our "Little slice of Heaven". It is in the most perfect location!!! Private, quiet, and only a few steps to the Beach. You can hear the waves at night and enjoy AWESOME sunsets! Its all Right there! No need drive, just walk out your door straight on a very short path that leads right to the beach!!! The Seaside Sanctuary is fully equipped with everything you need! They have bikes, rafts, beach toys, chairs, even Beach Towels! They have a washer and dryer and a fully loaded kitchen with everything and anything you need. We loved cooking breakfast and using the Blender to make smoothies. I just cant say enough about the great things this place has. I PROMISE you...You will LOVE this place and you and your family will return as we have. The Owners are the most kindest people and will answer any questions you have. Thanks Stephanie for another FABULOUS vacation! See you next year!

  We had a great stay. The house was as advertised, clean and just steps from the beach. The house was big enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. We had a great time and hope to one back next year.

  We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Island last week. I'm a clean fanatic and this house is definitely the cleanest, best equipped place we have ever stayed at on the island. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want. My grandsons loved the video games and having 2 TVs available meant that everyone could watch his/her favorite programs. The sleeping accomodations were very comfortable [something we've had a problem with at other places]. The beach area at this point on the island is beautiful powder-soft sand and the Gulf goes out so gradually that we felt very safe with the children. A very satisfactory vacation--hated to leave.
