This is a wonderful home for families to come together and experience the charm of Cape Cod. A short walk brings you to an association beach, the open ocean and Shining Sea Bike Path. The contemporary flair of the house is fun and inviting and the wood paneled loft makes for a great escape for the kids. The house has 2 living areas allowing for lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Charming outdoor breakfast patio. Gaze at the stars from the rooftop widows walk. Enjoy the afternoon barbequing in the large backyard that looks out into the woods. WHOI's Woods Hole Road Campus is a short walk through the woods. The house is on the MBL shuttle bus route for easy access to the MBL laboratories in town. All linens are provided and the house is professionally cleaned in between renters. It is Wi-Fi enabled.

About the owner: My wife and I live in New York and own this charming family summer house in Woods Hole. Each year we are pleased by the many compliments we get from our renters, yet we also listen to their suggestions so that future guests can enjoy their stay to the utmost.
Why the Owner Chose Woods Hole:
This house has been in the family for 60 years. We love the house, location and community and when we are not able to spend summers here, we like to share it.
