This attractive, first floor condominium overlooks one of the two pools and is located directly across from Miramar Beach. A remodeled bathroom and fresh paint makes this condominium very inviting. The white sands and emerald-green water invites you to come and relax. Whether it is lying by the pool or running in the waves, relaxation cannot be avoided. Shopping, fine dining, golf, deep-sea fishing, or other water sports are just a few of the many activities that can be enjoyed every day.

The Gulfview Condominiums are located on Scenic Gulf Drive (Old Scenic Highway 98) just three miles east of the city of Destin in Miramar Beach, Walton County. The gated, private beach is directly across the street, just a few steps away. The Silver Sands Factory Stores in Sandestin and the Destin Commons are no more than a mile or two away. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

This is a non-smoking condominium. It is located on the first floor and features a partial view of the Gulf waters from the living room and balcony. The view from the living room also overlooks one of the two pools and is 100 feet away from the second heated pool, whirlpool, and barbecue area. This well-maintained condominium sleeps six and has a queen-size bed, two bunk beds, and a sofa sleeper. The bathroom has been remodled with a granite counter top, a new vanity, and all new brushed nickel fixtures.
