This is our newest and largest private home (about 4700 square feet). Sleeps up to 24 (two Kings, six Queens, two Twins, three queen-size sleeper sofas, and two portable twin futons) in its eight (8) bedrooms and three living rooms (eleven sleeping areas). Also has five baths. Located on about an acre of land.
Professionally decorated with Broyhill and Kincaid furnishings and features new construction, over-size heated garage, stone fireplace, 53-inch big screen TV, additional HDTV's, stereo, pool table, foosball table, 2 washer/dryers, free WIFI, two large great rooms, family/game room, two kitchens (four sinks/three dishwashers/three refrigerators), and seated dining for 24 people together in the same room (12 at the ten-foot dining room trestle table, eight more at the kitchen eating bar, and four at a nearby game table (with additional tables on the other two levels). New full-size pool table. Handicap access ramp (no steps) to the main living area (plus one ADA bath).
Outside there are two paved driveways, three large decks (on different levels), a gas BBQ, and a 12-person private hot tub (brand-new $12,000 tub) which allows guests to enjoy a secluded mountain and lake view.

Our Fire department sent personel to the EMSAC conference and we all were able to stay here. This home is beautiful, clean and HUGE! This company is a pleasure to work with and we had no problems with anything as the house is well maintained. We loved it so much that we booked it for next year. You won't be disappointed with your stay here!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Stayed here April 2010 for our wedding. Between our family and several that attended, this was a luxurious house to stay. Several rooms and bathrooms on multiple floors. Pool able, hot tub and big kitchen. This owner is pleasant to work with! We had NO problems with this house and will be back. If you are looking for a large house to accomodate several families and have room to go off and have "alone time", this is the place.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
