  We rented the Manhatten apartment for the Thanksgiving Holidays. Loved it!! It was very nice, clean, comfortabe, and spacious. The view from the terrace was breath taking. Coffee in the morning and wine at night. Kitchen was well equiped. We have 3 grown children that really enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms. Walking distants from Time Square, sub-way, and lots of New York attractions. The young man that came to meet us was very helpful and nice. We had a great time and made lots of family memories. Thanks again for the great apartment!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Check-in: 10/04/11 Check-out: 10/11/11 Capacity: ideally 6 pax (if you are more, you have to be very intimate) The apartment is the one you can see on the photo. It isn’t new but it has a good maintenance. The apartment has been recently painted, the furniture is modern and new, the rooms have a good size (one of them is interior), the beds are comfortable, size queen, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and also the bathroom (it has hot water, too), it is a real luxury. What’s more, we had the surprise to find there three towels (70x150) for each. It has a television, wi-fi, phone (free for local calls) and keys for each couple. The terrace is fabulous; it has a barbecue and a lot of chairs. Although the common areas of the building aren't very clean, the apartment is perfectly clean and the welcoming pack was very charming (when we arrived all the lights were on and there were flowers on the table). It is well situated, near of the important areas: Times Square, Intrepid Sea Museum, MOMA, Central Park, Pasha NYC (which was a disappointment), the Hudson River, places to rent bicycles and the bike lane around Manhattan. Only 10 minutes of taxi from the zero zone, Little Italy, Madison Square Garden, Empire State and only 10-15 minutes on foot from the Rockefeller Center and the Fifth Avenue. In this zone there are lots of restaurants, Deli's, Starbucks, coffee bars and bars. Terry and Jin, from the owner agency, VacationOnVacation, have been very attentive and friendly and they answered all our questions quickly. The service is not cheap but a hotel is more expensive. Here we felt like home and lived like citizens of New York. Moreover, if we go back to New York, we will come to this place again. mercè (SPAIN)

This accommodation is centrally located to everything worth doing in the Manhattan area. Sorry you didn't like Pasha NYC so much, but at least you had us :) Just let us know if you ever plan on coming to visit again - we always like to give our returning guests the very best, and yes, that means big deals on premium locations including other upgrades and incentives (depending on season)!

  Well located, walking distance from Time Square, shows,Central Park, restaurants, food market and Starbuck! Quiet and secure street. Photos accurately reflected the rental as space and comfort but a bit less clean than expected... The guy who was taking care of us was very nice and helpfull, he bought us a fan as the AC was not in every bedroom. Even then it was comfortable sleepling. The terrasse is a must! Wonderfull! View on the Hudson River and the city, no high building in front of us! We saw the 4th of july fireworks comfortably seated on the terrasse with a glass of wine!!! The sunset reflecting on the glass buildings around is just beautifull! I would recommend this appartment for a trip with friends.

  The appartement was well located. We saw the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop terrace and it was wonderful. We could walk very easily to theaters and restaurants (9th avenue). The hall and hallways of the building itself were quite dirty and needed to be vaccumed. The appartment was big enough for six adults. It could have been cleaner, the bathroom had molding spots and there was dust balls under the beds. One bedroom didn't have a AC but JeeCee went and bought a fan for us. The downstairs bedroom AC didn't work. I would recomment this place if location and view are your main criterias.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.
