  My family and I stayed at this condo in Destin for a week from August 4th-11th and really enjoyed it. The condo pictures on the site are exactly what you will see when you arrive. The complex is secured by gates and felt very safe. The beach was very pretty and well maintained too. My only complaints were the TV remotes had tape on the back of the battery panels instead of covers that my son kept wanting to take off. Those need to be replaced. And some of the furniture was rather stained and dirty in the living and dining area. I wish that would have either been cleaned or replaced. The condo was great for all 7 of us and was conventiently located to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping! And very convenient to the airport too. Overall, I would stay here again, we had a very nice vacation in Destin!

  My husband and I arrived with 5 adults and 3 kids. Our first reaction was BEAUTIFUL!!! The view was amazing.. all beach in the horizon in the back wall of windows. The kitchen was huge and it was all very open. The living room was inviting and big enough for all 8. The lounger tucked in the side of the living room overlooked the pool, so close it looked like you could jump right into the pool. Not only could you watch the pool and the kids in it, but the waves and read a book or drift off for a nap, which I think each of us had a turn doing. We went to check out the master bedroom and it so welcoming bright and white. The bed was very comfortable and made you just want to nap and relax. The master bath was amazing and big enough for my family of 5 to get ready in. The kids loved the red heat lamps in the bath. :) Closet was big enough to be another room. The guest bedroom with 2 queens was great as well.. the kids were excited about the xbox, but there were no games. They slept sound and loved watching the tv each night. The beach chairs in the closet were a surprise and we used them each day. The back bedroom was loved by my parents.. they said it was cold, quiet, relaxing and beautiful.. they also loved getting away in the back and watching the tv each night. The window treatments were beautiful.. however they did say there was a building light that shined into their room at night so they could not get complete darkness. Also the full washer and dryer was a life saver, but being in the back room bathroom made it tough to do laundry at night. Didn't want to just walk into the parents room and drop my dirty sandy laundry in their bathroom. We did make it work though, it it is better having it than not. Overall I LOVED this condo, we have stayed in Destin every year for the past 7 years and have stayed at the top of the line places each year. I would FOR SURE stay here again and tell my friends too as well. I really loved that you walk out of the condo, go down in the elevator and you are at the pool or beach.. no long hike. I would have loved to have a laundry basket in each closet, xbox games, board games, a guest book to sign and read - this always helps to find out what others enjoyed doing the most, and remotes with backs on them instead of tape. Also info about how to turn the light on in the guest room. Overall - A+ Perfect... :) We loved the pontoon rental and going to Crab Island the most.. Luthers rentals. 8hrs

  The condo furnishings were stained, damaged and shabby. The artificial plants/greenery were dusty and full of cobwebs. Several of the condos around us were filled with recent high school graduates without parental supervision who stayed drunk and extremely offensive the entire week. The local police were regular visitors to the condo complex due to these people. Aside from that, the beach and ocean were spectacular! Hated that our week was shadowed by so many negatives.

We strive to provide a high quality, luxurious and professionally decorated condo and hope that every guest departs with memories of a wonderful vacation. We appreciate your call to us during your stay to let us know that a previous guest had damaged two items in the condo. We also appreciate you letting us know about the guests in the condo above ours being noisy on the 2nd night of your stay; however, I do wish that you would have contacted us again if there were further issues, as we would have been happy to do anything possible to remedy the situation. We encourage all guests at our condo to call us anytime if they have a concern, as we are available 24 hours a day. We will always do everything within our power to ensure that our guests have the enjoyable vacation they deserve.

  The condo was very clean and had eveything in it we needed. Great location as well. We really enjoyed the week there. The pool was cleaned eveyday and was right beneath our deck. We weren't able to use the beach chairs for the Jade East facility, but we had taken our own anyway. Overall a great place to stay and would rent it again.

  thank you for allowing us to stay in what we considered one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in. just as pictured, everything was perfect. 4th floor is great, right above the pool, and you can still get that great ocean breeze on the balcony. booking was simple and easy. the dates were available and we could not pass this place up. hammerhead's at Baytowne Wharf was one of our favorite places to eat. also the Crab Trap was very very filling. we love vacationing in destin and will certainly consider staying here again.

  Condo was clean! Condo view was fabulous! Patio furniture and inside decore was nicer than most. LIsting photos were accurate. Condo and Jade East employees very friendly and easy to work with. Will stay again for sure!! Fantastic and up to date appliances. One note: the light switches each have dimmers on them...took us a few days to figure that one out. Great idea: walk down the beach to eat lunch at The Back Porch. Also, shaved ice, parasail, and sea-doo rentals very close, walking distance, on beach. We will be back!!!!

  Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo on Destin Beach. The view was great, the area restaurants are plentiful and a good variety to choose from. There was a lot to do in the area, more to see and do than we could do in the week we were there. Great place to get away from the "real world". Hope to come back again soon. Thanks again.

  My husband and I suprised my parents by bringing them to your condo for their anniversary in February. We all loved the condo and the Destin area. Everything there was so clean and nice. My mom LOVED staying in the bedroom that has all the windows and view of the Gulf of Mexico from the bed.

  Your condo is so gorgeous, and so well decorated. Not the typical beach theme, and it was super comfortable. This was an excellent Christmas getaway for this family of 7. The condo is so large that we all were able to have privacy. We enjoyed everything, and were suprised that there was so much to do that we could just walk to. It was pretty warm there in late December! We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to return again this year during the Summer so that we can really enjoy that beautiful beach that we had such a great view of. Thanks again for everything.
