Additional information about rental rates
We are a running a year round promotion. If you you book 3 or more nights we will charge just $200 per night plus cleaning and tax. If you have 2 nights the cost will be $250 a night. Holiday weeks like 4th of July, Christmas or long 3 days weekends are $300 per night and a three night minimum.

Taxes are always 7%
