Welcome to Caribbean Dunes 211, the perfect family getaway! Enjoy views of the Gulf from the private balcony after a playful day at the beach. Our condo is just across a two lane low traffic beach road to the beach and only steps to the community pool. The perfect place to create family memories to last a lifetime.
Our spacious second floor condominium has cathedral ceilings with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV. and DVD, adjoining to the master bathroom. The second bedroom is in the loft with two twin sized beds with a TV and DVD and a private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with room to fix the family a meal or a quick little something on the go, four bar stools provide extra seating. The living room has a comfortable seat for everyone in the family after a day at the beach while watching TV with DVD or just enjoy the Gulf views. Don't forget we have free Wi-Fi.
The washing machine and dryer are in the hallway for your private use.

We rented this condo for our family of four for spring break. The condo is very nice with tasteful decor, comfortable bedding and nice living area. The walk to the beach is very convenient (takes 2 minutes). Overall we were very pleased with the condo itself and nearby restaurants, grocery store, etc. Our review only gives 3 stars because we did not have a good experience with the property manager. Communication was very poor from her. She did not provide us with the door code until 1 hour prior to our arrival --I actually had to call her several times while we were flying to Florida. I had tried emailing her the days prior to our arrival but with no response. The second major issue was that she did not return our voided deposit check within the 30 days stated on the contract. I contacted her about this and she said that she had destroyed the check. It was only after I contacted the owners that she apologized and then returned the deposit check. This entire interaction was very unprofessional --an apology was not enough as she had violated the contract and was dishonest about destroying the check. I contacted the owners directly and they were very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated the assistance from them. Overall, we enjoyed our week in Florida and we would certainly go back to Destin. We would even rent this condo again but not with the current property manager. The hassle of getting my deposit check returned nearly 2 months after we rented the condo was not worth it! My BFF and I rented this place for a long weekend had a wonderful time. The condo was great, very clean, quaint and relaxing. Shopping very close by. Only steps from the beach. Absolutely no complaints, will definantely rent again. We ventured out to Sandestin, Watercolor, Seaside and Seagrove all great communities along the beach. We even went over to Okaloosa Island and had dinner at a place called Old Bay Steamers, the food was GREAT!!!! Thanks again for a great vacation.....Recommended for: Girls getaway.

My family of 4 + a friend just returned today from Carribean Dunes. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed (looks just like the pictures). And a HUGE PLUS was BEACH ACCESS just a few steps away. The pool is big and not crowded. We plan to return!! I would recommend to a friend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
