  I stayed at this condo with three college friends and we had way more than enough space. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and the walk to the Peak 9 lift was a piece of cake. We were so happy with this place that we're planning on staying here during our next trip, hopefully it's available!

  We went up recently with a group of 2 adults and 4 kids ages 11 to 17 for 5 days and 4 nights. This condo was perfect. It had enough space for everyone and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely done. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view from the deck was beautiful. There is a good size pool just a little walk behind the condo and it has 4 large hot tubs which we took full advantage of. Another plus for this condo is the location. It is walking distance to Breckenridge's main street which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  This condo is comfortable, clean, in a convenient location, and kid-friendly. All the beds were very comfortable and has a well-equipped, updated kitchen. We were traveling with a 15 month old - all the necessary baby stuff were available - booster chair, pack-n-play, gates and toys! And as a bonus, the towels were the best of any condo we've ever stayed in - updated bathrooms too! The owner was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating - AND very reasonable rates. Thank you Beth - hope to return next year!!

  We had such a great time during our stay. The condo is much roomier than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was amazing, it was well stocked with various spices, crockpot, blender, and every other kitchen appliance and utensil we could possibly need. There were toys and a booster seat for the little ones. The downstairs bedrooms were great for the kiddos to go to bed in quiet while the adults stayed up late upstairs. The owner Beth was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and accommodating which was especially appreciated when we had a small snag due to a family emergency. I highly recommend this vacation home, especially to families!

  Amazing condo and the location is perfect...just outside the Main Street. The free shuttle stops outside the condo which was very helpful for the family members to visit the town and back. More importantly, Beth makes all the difference between a good stay and a great one as she was available all the time to answer any queries we had. The house was very clean, master bedroom amazing and kitchen stocked with all the necessary stuff needed to enjoy a nice and relaxing stay. We did not use the pool so no comments on that. The loft was the icing on the cake as in all the 3 years that we holidayed, we enjoyed this the most. Everything was adequate in this house for a party of 10 people and we thank the owners for letting this property to us during this Thanksgiving Holiday. We will surely like to come back next year and will recommend this for a party of 8-10 people.

  We had such a good time in this condo!!! The extra loft space was perfect for the kids! They loved having their "own space"! We loved being able to walk to town to shop, eat, or just look around. The pool area was great as well, the kids had a blast going from the hot tubs to the pool! We ended our week at the Fun Park, of course, and we all left totally exhausted and already planning for next year! Thank you to the Cochrane's for being so easy to work with and such good hosts!

  Our group (4 adults and 5 college/young adult types) found this condo very comfortable for our Breck wedding weekend. All furnishings were clean and functional. The photos on the VRBO site accurately depict the unit. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, etc for our convenience. A five minute walk gets you to the heart of town, and the free shuttle service will take you around town or to the mountain. On site parking was always available. Beth, the owner, earns high praise for her prompt and efficient communication and her willingness to do all she could to make our stay pleasant. The highlight of our visit (in addition to the wedding we came for) was snow-mobiling and dog-sledding at Good Times Adventures, an outfitter about 20 minutes outside town. Check it out! The cost of this rental is a substantial saving compared to local hotel rates.

  The place was had comfortable sleeping for a lot of people. It was well maintained and very nice. Two bedrooms in the lower level for couples and more of a mass sleeping area up top for others. I thought the price was very reasonable and would definately stay here again.
