Upon arriving the carpet was not clean, the stuffing was coming out of the furniture, in which case the crye leike mgmt company said it would be removed, this never happened, the family fun package was not what was advertised, although I notice that the fun package has been updated. The pictures have also been changed. That is a good thing I suppose. The bed in the bedroom has two valleys and a mountain in the middle. The property manager was not very pleasing although our agent Adelle did help us. Overall our vacation was fun, but I would not recommend this unit as it is very small and the location is not very close to beach and the small halls can be quite loud.Owner response: Dear Guest, Thank you so much for leaving a review and we appreciate your feedback. The carpet was cleaned and I apologize for the chair. We are in the process of having it replaced and in the meantime it is extra seating for guests and we have not had any other complaints about it. The Family Fun Package on the VRBO listing now reflects the correct amenities and I am sorry that it was incorrect at the time that you reserved. We discounted your stay for the inconveniences and you stated that you were not used to staying in something so small and so far to the beach. The pictures correctly reflect how large the unit is and we advertise the size on our website as well. The condo is not far from the beach at all and we never have complaints from guests that stay at Luau because that is exactly what they expect. Again, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you! Thank you, Management
