Harbour Place #104 is perfectly located on the 1st floor and has been newly remodeled. The entire unit has been custom painted with new bedding, sheets, towels, shower curtains, ceiling fans, accessories, new balcony furniture, etc. For your entertainment, a new flat screen TV was added. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bath, and the second bedroom has a queen sized-bed with adjoining bath. Living room offers a sleeper sofa.
Our condo is equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice maker, stove with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full supply of dishes, utensils and cookware. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, ironing board/iron and vacuum cleaner.
Whether you choose to relax at the beach or pool, just hang out and relax in this comfortable family friendly unit or get out and be adventuresome, IT'S ALL HERE! This unit is new on the market and the owner is excited to have you enjoy your stay.
Step out and relax on your private balcony for great views of the Gulf. From our condominium, the beach is "at your doorstep," no long boardwalks or dragging beach toys and chairs across miles of sand or parking lots.
Harbour Place is a low-density complex with only 65 units and indoor hallways. Heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool & hot tub, beachside BBQ area. In addition, this unit is smoke-free.

The place was perfect and had everything we needed! Short walk to the beach. Hot tub was in full effect and the indoor heated pool was perfect to top the evening after a long day on the beach. The lot to the east of Harbour Place is empty which made for a very peaceful beach. Water was crystal clear and you may want to consider bringing a net with all of the blue crabs close to the beach. Watch out for stingrays as we saw over 20. Overall, great stay and located perfectly only a mile or so from the grocery with the liquor store and gas station across the street.

This condo was exactly what we expected....clean, comfortable, close to the beach and perfect for the family! The kids had a blast! Perfect location! We would definitely stay here again

In a impromptu moment, we decided to go to the beach. Not knowing a destination, my husband remembered a friend of his had a condo on the beach. Short trip there and we were delighted when we entered this dreamy cozy condo. Glass doors open to a balcony where we sat and drank refreshing beverages and listened to the song of the ocean. White pristine sand and blue water....perfect!. Built sandcastles in the sand and at night chased the little cute crabs around. Awesome pool which is part in and part out of the sun. Whirlpool too! Full kitchen and washer and dryer. One mile down the street is a grocery store to stock up to make light lunches and fabulous meals. Memories were made there... Will be back soon.

just returned from a stay at this condo. Adorable !!! decor was very "beachy" and very comfortable. owner was very accomodating and was available in case we had any problems. location is excellent - very close to supermarket and restaurants. beach was beautiful as usual, even saw many dolphins ! we plan to return to this condo in the future. pictures are very accurate. condo was very clean and had everything we needed. we plan on returning to this cute condo.

Our spring break stay at this condo couldn't have been any better. It was perfect!!! Exactly what the listing describes. The condo is decorated very cute & seems to be newly remodeled. The condo was very clean. The beach is only steps away and I would recommend to my family or friends. I am already trying to plan my next trip back! I would recommend trying Bahama Bob's. It is right on the beach and has excellent seafood.
