  We had such a wonderful stay! We started the first morning watching the sunrise, and walked along the beach just steps from the villa. It was such a relaxing way to start most of our days. The views from the lanai are gorgeous, and you can see for miles. The lanai is private, and perfect for sunset dinners grilled right downstairs. We had more meals at home than we had planned once we saw how meticulously maintained the grilling area was. The fresh seafood from any of the local grocery stores was fantastic! With the wonderful sounds of the rolling waves, we felt like there was no one else for miles. We toured most of the island during our stay, and the central location of the villa made getting around very easy. We enjoyed relaxing beach days all over the island, a 10 mile hike at Waimea Canyon, a catamaran dinner cruise along the Napali coast, with lots of sightseeing and shopping mixed in. It was also great to have access to the KBV pool and hot tub for the times when we weren't feeling quite so motivated! The 2 bedroom condominium was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to show up and feel like you were home. The washer and dryer were very convenient so we were able to pack lightly. The beach towels, chairs, and iPod dock were great additions. We would recommend this property to anyone, whether you are looking to relax or have an adventure, or both, like us!

  "It was our first time here and we were blown away by how beautiful it was here. The villa was a great home base for exploring the island. We saw whales from the deck spouting in the distance! Great! Also turtles at Anini Beach. Enjoy and thank you!"

  Thank you for sharing this amazing villa. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place to be. The view is amazing! While we were here we enjoyed snorkeling at Ke'e, an ATV trip with Kipu Ranch, and relaxing on our own lanai. We will be back!"

  "We had a great stay at your unit! A beautiful ocean view and sunrises! The unit had a number of helpful items - guide books, boogie board, beach toys, and many towels. Close to Kapaa and short drives to the beautiful beaches. Mahalo."

  "Thank you so much for sharing your lovely villa! The sounds of the surf pounding on the beach has become our constant friend. There are so many fun things to do - our highlights included a helicopter tour, an off-road adventure to Polihale Park, the views of Waimea Canyon and snorkeling at Tunnels. We would love to visit again - does next week work for you?

  What a wonderful spot!!! So incredible to be able to sit in the living room or dining area or covered deck with a fully unobstructed view of the beach and ocean in front of you! That is spectacular. We especially enjoyed the moonrises that came up and glowed over the water most every night (til it was too late for us to stay up :-) . Easy walking to lots of great beach locations. Just minutes from restaurants, golf courses, and even the airport down around the corner of the island. Plenty of parking was available as well. The entire complex was well maintained and had great amenities, yet this was a special unit in the complex with its easy access, ocean views par excellence, and half a flight of stairs up to the unit, that allowed us to feel comfortable with all the doors open every night for refreshing ocean breezes to blow through the home. It really did feel like home. We could have spend a lot longer here than just the week we alloted. The owners have taken special care of this unit, and equipped it with the comfort of their guests in mind. Lots of local literature, a handy dryer for towels, plenty of kitchen ware, and comfortable seating throughout, plus great beds. We will be back!

  "Sad to depart. We will miss the comforting breezes and sound from the sea! Can't count the number of naps taken on the couch - never closed the front doors since day 1 - the breeze was 'awesome'. Enjoyed the island. Would love to come back. All should hike Kauai and witness its beauty! P.S. Used the grills every night. Such fun."
