RENTAL RATES

Rental rates are negotiable for periods longer than one (1) month, especially for summer months. Owner pays 11 1/2 % rental taxes out of rent. A $500 deposit is required to hold the condo, and a $150 cleaning fee is retained out of the deposit fee.
