This large 3,000 square foot ranch style home is warm and welcoming. Just bring your suitcase, as it is fully equipped for your stay. The entire house was recently remodeled, the renovation features new appliances, granite counters with travertine backsplash,72” high definition tv, remodeled kitchen and new carpet and travertine tile. The home has wide-open living spaces with enough beds to sleep 8-12 people (not including the couch). The home includes a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, blow dryers and a nice gas fired grill outside for grilling.

Great location. walked to Allen Fieldhouse for BBall games. nice house. only problem was someone (not the owner) had parked a truck in the side driveway by the kitchen entrance and made parking a hassle due to snow. we had three cars to park and had the truck not been there it would have been fine.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: I manage and own several vacation properties. When I travel in or out of the States I will stay at other VRBO's. My vacation experience with private homes has always been good. I like to keep my homes in top of the line style, it is what I like for my own stays as well.
Why the Owner Chose Lawrence:
My daughter went to school here. We bought this home because she could walk to classes. Close to campus.
