This villa is an upstairs unit with soaring ceilings and windows that showcase views of the park. The kitchen is updated with a timeless style of modern tradition. White and gray shaker cabinets, Hyde park counters and Ann Sacks tile, and Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances provide the oasis your family is seeking. All small appliances are in the unit with updated dishes and Cephalon Cookery.
The bathrooms have updated modern cabinets, tile floors, granite counters and linens for cleansing at the end to your day. The linens have all been updated to provide the comfort and the cleanliness expected.
In the living area is a 42' flat screen Panasonic TV, with VCR/DVD. In the master is 32' flat screen TV. Cable is provided with Disney on both TV's, and there is a selection of movies provided. Playstation 3 which is also a blu ray player.
There is a screened porch with a table for four. There are 2 lounge chairs on the deck. There are 4 chairs on the deck for beach use. Queen aiir mattress for two.

We had a great stay at this condo on Kiawah. Our boys were able to access the beach, basketball and bike trails immediately. This is a great location and the kitchen was fabulous. I loved having high speed internet so I could monitor a sick family member. Also I did not miss Mad Men...... The owner provided us the information on the island, Charleston and the use of a great pool. She provided us with bike and restaurant info. The condo was clean, comfortable and very relaxing.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I had a ball on our first trip to Kiawah. We rode bikes, watched for wildlife (which we found - deer, raccoon, aligator family, lizards, squirrels), enjoyed the huge pool and playground and played on the gorgeous beaches. Can't wait for our next trip to SC. Would definitely stay here again. . .Recommended for: Families with young children.

This condo is well-equipped and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time riding bikes, cooking in the beautiful kitchen, and even watching NYE fireworks from the back porch! Effortless experience. Will absolutely do it again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Jayne, Your condo was the perfect location for our Kiawah Island Marathon weekend. We were able to walk to and from the race. The condo was so clean and beautiful. This condo has it all. Spacious, high ceilings with a gourmet kitchen. It was a great location with minutes to Night Heron Pool and the beach. The bedding and over all decor was soothing. We loved the clean modern lines. We enjoyed our summer vacation very much thanks to your beautiful condo. The updated interior was very tastefully done and the kitchen was well equipped. It was like cooking at home but better. I would also like to say thanks for all the information that you supplied about Kiawah and the surrounding attractions in Charleston. Check-in at the front gate was fast and easy. I love staying here. It's so modern and updated. I wish I could live here all the time. A great location for night heron park and the beach. The unit is updated with luxury linens and mattresses, which is always a plus! The kitchen is very modern with top of the line appliances. My kids enjoyed the unit as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time in Kiawah and the villa was part of it! Great location. Furnished with very good taste. And yet, very practical. It is very confortable. We felt at home from the minute we arrived!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and we were very comfortable. The villa is only a short walk to the Night Heron Park and Pool and also to the beach, making it a perfect location for a family with small children. About the owner: We have been going to Kiawah since 1992. We have seen its beauty and beaches remain untouched. We watched the building and growth of Freshfields which has added convenience and additional enjoyment to the Kiawah experience. Then there is Charleston with its shopping, culture, history and restaurants. A 25 minute drive from Kiawah and you have entered another world. We also have a home that we enjoy. It is down a secluded drive and the deer, birds and a chance sighting of a bobcat is not far away.
Why the Owner Chose Parkside Villas:
We choose to buy on Kiawah for the pristine beaches, best golf clubs and the sightings of the protected wildlife. Also the close proximity to Charleston, SC, that has the historical and cultural atmosphere, that offers a diverse element to our vacation experience.
