Maravilla is one of Destin's top luxury, gulf-front developments with 2.5 acres of private beach with on-site beach service from mid-March until the end of October. Maravilla is also well known for its' family atmosphere and amenities.
- Our ground floor condo, #3101, in building 3 is a short walk of approx. 150 ft. to the beach and features an open floor plan with patios off the living room and master bedroom.
- Included with our condo are 2 free beach chairs and umbrella that are set up daily by the on-site beach service.
- The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Both beds have plush pillow top mattresses and memory foam toppers.
- In 2011, the master bath was totally remodeled with all new fixtures, tile floor and a walk-in shower with glass doors. The master bedroom also received a fresh coat of paint, new blinds and bed linens.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and our condo also has a full size washer & dryer in a separate laundry room.
Our goal is to provide quality lodging for your vacation that is clean, well-stocked and everything in working order. All maintenance issues, if any, are dealt with promptly. We enjoy using our condo too and strive to keep it up to our standards.
Conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive, you will be near several wonderful restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and amusement parks. With so many choices of things to do, your vacation can be as busy as you like or you can just relax and enjoy the white sugar sand beaches and ocean breezes!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Maravilla is a family friendly property and well liked by all. Many guests are repeaters that come back year after year and especially enjoy our 2 1/2 acre private beach. One of the comments I hear a lot is that Maravilla is close to everything, but is so peaceful and relaxing.

We have stayed in the condo many times and we love it. Judy and Brad are really nice people to talk with and we enjoyed meeting Brad. We will continue to stay there as long as we can. Thanks for letting us stay there.

This is our 7th year visiting Destin in the Maravilla Condo's...needless to say we were very impressed with our stay this year. This Condo was clean, neat, up to date and exactly like the pictures shown. My family and I were very comfortable all week long in this beautiful Condo. Would recommend to family and friends!!!!!

This was our first time staying in this condo. It was our 4th time staying at Maravilla. And 3101 is definitely our favorite condo. We have a 13 year old and a 1 year old and this condo was perfect accommodations for our family of 4. The condo is very nicely furnished, kitchen equipment/dishes are great and plentiful. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to visit this unit at least annually. Brad & Judy were nice and personable. You don't feel like you are just another check to a rental company. They checked with us the day we arrived to make sure we were able to get in the condo and everything was okay.

Judy and Brad...the condo was spectacular, we had a wonderful time. The kids loved having there own room and tv. The closeness to the beach was even better and the attendant setting up chairs daily was great. Condo had all the ammenities of home. All the recommendations of restaurant and extra touches you share was awesome. Can't wait to come back next year.

We had three couples staying from October 17 thru October 21, 2008. We had the best time and loved the condo. We had plently of room for all six adults. The condo is furnished with everything we needed. We will be staying there next time we go to Destin. Hopefully our next visit will be longer. Hated to come home!!!

July 24-27th. It was great. The condo was very clean and in good shape. The water was crystal clear except for some jelly fish. It was a wonderful place to stay. Hope to be back soon!!
