Maravilla is one of Destin's top, luxury, gulf-front developments. Completed in 1998, Maravilla has two-and-one-half acres of deeded private beach with on-site beach service rentals including jet skis and parasailing.
Our ground floor unit is in building three and features an open floor plan with patios off the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from the beach. Our two-bedroom unit has a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper in the living room. You will find the interior has been very tastefully completed by a professional decorator. Living room updated Fall, 2007.
Conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive (Old Highway 98), you will be near several wonderful restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing, and amusement parks. With so many choices of things to do, your vacation can be as busy as you like or you can just relax and enjoy the tranquility of the beach and the calming effect of the ocean waves.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Maravilla is a family friendly property and well liked by all. Many guests are repeaters that come back year after year and especially enjoy our 2 1/2 acre private beach. One of the comments I hear a lot is that Maravilla is close to everything, but is so peaceful and relaxing.

We loved our stay in your fine place. Enjoyed having a ground floor unit as unloading groceries, etc. was so much easier. The weather during January and February was not as nice as in the past, but it was much better than it was in Tennessee. We had a Super Bowl party and also received several nice comments from guest about your condo. Look forward to renting again next year.
