This freshly renovated first floor condo is the largest one bedroom unit offered in Sundial Lodge with 840 sq ft of living space. The large living/dining room provides a comfortable space for families to gather. It provides easy access to Gondola and the new heated 'Orange Bubble' chair lift. The large patio opens on to a large pool side grassy area. The heated year round pool and hot tub are just steps away. The pool area also features BBQ grills and an inviting fire pit. The corner unit with ample windows allows a lot of great natural light and beautiful mountain views from every window. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy numerous outdoor activities or a quiet get away. The lodge and location are very 'kid friendly'. The entire Canyons village and all of their activities are easily accessible by foot.
This unit is cozy and inviting with a King size bed and 32' LCD flat screen TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. The living room features a queen size sofa bed and 42' LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. The bathroom features a jetted tub and is accessible from either the master bedroom or the foyer allowing enhanced privacy for families.
The heated underground parking means you'll never have to scrape your windows even after a big snow fall!
There are great dining options at The Canyons. In addition to numerous lodges for a great lunch on the mountain, there are several restaurants in the center of the resort. 'The Farm' was named the 'Best New Restaurant in Utah' in February 2012 by Sale Lake Magazine and features an innovative menu that focuses on locally sourced ingredients from farms and artisans within 200 miles of Park City. The Farm is located in the heart of the Resort Village and overlooks the Ski Beach.
'The Bistro at Canyons' is the first certified Glatt Kosher restaurant open all winter at a world class ski destination.
'The Umbrella Grill' on the outdoor deck in the Resort Village offers 360 degree views from its unique glass enclosure. Its massive outdoor deck provides a perfect view of the village music stage and it the place to be during concerts. Its menu includes speciality hot dogs and an extensive beer selection.
'The Red Tail Grill' features an innovative southwest menu served in a rustic setting. This is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining and with its outdoor deck on the Ski Beach, it is a beautiful after ski and al fresco dining spot.

All We Could Have Hoped For and Then Some!
I traveled to the Canyons with my two sons (ages 10 and 15) for a few days' of skiing (sans my better half and our daughter). The unit was perfect. Great views. It was 23-second walk to the pool and hot tub. Ground level, accessible from indoors and out -- and about a two-minute walk to the main gondola and all the action at the Canyons. Being only 5 minutes from downtown Park City, PCMR and 10 minutes from Deer Valley adds to the appeal of this very quiet, warm and comfortable unit. Best of all was, Mary, the unit's owner. She made us feel totally at home and cared for. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it's not. Trust me....really!!! Thanks Mary! See you next year! -DT

We had a great stay. Location is excellent. The condo has everything you need to cook in or eat out. Direct access to pool, grill and fire pit was nice too

About the owner: We have been travelling to the Park City area for annual ski vacations for over 10 years. We have skied at most of the major resorts in the US but Park City is by far our favorite. The easy access from the airport, fantastic snow, food, people and great 'mountain lifestyle' are as good as it gets.

The lack of crowds and lift lines allows easy access and more time on the slopes. Recent improvements to The Canyons including the addition of a new chair lift with heated seats and new restaurants have made it a world class resort.

The Sundial complex is just steps away from high speed lifts allowing for quick and convenient access to the slopes. At the end of the day you can ski right to Sundial. It is also just steps away from the ski school, ski rentals and shops whch makes getting ready in the morning stress free. The hot tub and outdoor heated pool can be accessed by a heated sidewalk right outside the door of our ground floor unit. The ground floor also lets you come and go without waiting for elevators!
