We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was just as we expected, clean, spacious and well equipped. It was a great place to return to after a day of hiking in the park. The apartment is about 20 minutes from the entrance to the park. The owners were very helpful and made us feel at home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

This was a great home base for the two of us while we explored Kolob Canyon and Zion Canyon in the Zion National Park. We also drove 2 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park. We had lots of privacy, but wished we would have had our own deck on the back of the loft. We ate at Oscars in Springdale one night and it was so good we ate there the next night too! The other nights we cooked and used the gas grill. Bonnie was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We traveled to Utah to hike Zion, Arches and Bryce Canyon and didn't know what to expect from this rental, but the communications we received from the owner confirmed that we wouldn't have anything to worry about. He was very helpful with answering all our questions regarding the Utah area for hiking and biking plus other questions that we had. The rental - beyond spotless and beautiful!!! The rental was very welcoming, extremely clean and very comfortable. The property seems secluded but you are within minutes of anything you need. A great combination. The pool was a welcomed treat after a day of hiking and biking. Although the owners were not there during our stay, they were a phone call away and promptly answered a question we had regarding the pool. The owners went above and beyond and the rental...you will not be disappointed. The yard is beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. The sunset and sunrise are gorgeous. You are only a few minutes drive from grocery store, fuel, Zion and restaurants. The evenings are beautiful and extremely quiet. We highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed a week and loved every minute of it. Monte and Bonnie were very friendly. The only thing I would mention is that, if, there were some more comfortable chairs around the fire pit we might have taken advantage of it. While the stone bench seats look nice, some metal patio chairs would be a good addition.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We used this studio apartment as a base for mtn biking, walks in Zion Park, and some shopping in St. George. It was well located for all of this. We have 2 kids, 7 and 9 and they enjoyed it, did some exploring in the adjacent desert open space, and there was no danger of traffic, etc. So it was hassle free and facilitated a relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

What a great way to spend Thanksgiving! We were two adults and three kids and there was plenty of room with the blow up mattress. That has to be the best blow up mattress I've ever seen! We asked to borrow a proper table (fold up) and chairs for our meals and that worked out wonderfully. We used the fire pit every night - it was cold! We made hot chocolate and had our dessert out there under the stars. 10-15 min drive to Zion National Park entrance. Kids loved biking around the property and husband took advantage of biking around the house. Would definitely come back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a 4 night stay in this property and we couldn't be much happier! The studio looks like a timeshare villas with fully equiped kitchen, tv, movie library, books and even brochures about various destinations and point interests. We love the personal reccomendations from the owner about the local dining, groceries and stuff. They are really great tips! It is a studio but it is roomy with an open lay out and space/privacy is not a problem for a small group of 4 or even a small family. My kids loved playing in the yard where the windcharms and windmills are. It is a truly home away from home. Thank you so much for a wonderful accomodation. Until next time!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
