After you stay in this beautiful new handicap friendly house, it will always be on your mind too - even if you are far away. Your first sight at this gulf front house will be the French inspired exterior stucco, custom shutters, and handmade ceramic house numbers. Everything from the parking lot to the mahogany front door to the second floor to the front porch facing the gulf is wheelchair accessible. As you enter the house you will be impressed with the spaciousness and airiness of the house. The large front porch overlooks the gulf with a swing and table for al fresco dining seating six people. The lawn beyond lends itself to outdoor games for children. The house is furnished with top of the line brands such as Brown Jordan, Kingsley-Bates, Pottery Barn, Pinecone Hill, and Lexington mixed with a few well chosen antiques. The dining table seats eight with a game table and barstools seating an additional eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances and 16 place settings of china, silverware and glassware. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room with full size appliances, and additional laundry appliances are located in the guest house.
Also downstairs is a media room infused with a nautical theme with French doors leading to the heated pool. This room has a sleeper sofa and a 42' LCD TV with DVD. Another game table and four chairs add to the convenience of this room. A half bath adjoins this room and is convenient to the private pool area which has an outdoor shower and colorful lounge chairs. The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is fully handicap accessible including the toilet, sink, and zero entry shower. This shower and the master upstairs have rain-heads.
You may take the elevator to the second floor which has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed. The bath has twin sinks, separate toilet area, a walk in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. You can sleep to the lull of the waves after watching the sunset from the big private porch furnished with rocking chairs. You can see Panama City to the east and Destin to the west.
The twin room has two twin beds and a private bath. The other upstairs bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has a private bath. All of the main house bedrooms have TVs in the rooms.
For those with a larger family, a guest house is available. It has a large living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, a small dining table, microwave and coffee pot. A full size washer and dryer are located here also. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom adjoins the bedroom.
For entertainment Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are less than two miles away. A nineteen mile bike / walk path is in front of the house. Also Camp Creek Golf course is 1/2 mile away. The village of Seaside is 5 miles away.

Absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful home, with private areas for large family. View is remarkable, pictures cannot do it justice! Home is clean. No issues with rental at all. I thought steps to beach would be a problem, but no big deal. We had nine in our group and everyone loved, loved this place!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach home. While sharing it with three other couples who are friends, we found the house roomy enough to have your own privacy. Because of the many amenities of the home everyone could do what they enjoyed. We drove into the roomy parking area, walked through the nicely landscaped entrance into this beautifully planned home overlooking the emerald Gulf waters. A great escape from the daily routine and relax in the many comforts of this property. It is also near several of the country’s top rated golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and other recreation. I highly recommend this home because it will “Always be on my mind.”Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. The ground floor bedroom and handicap accessible bathroom were perfect for my 81-year old mother. The open space of the kitchen/dining/family room worked great. I especially liked the second den on the ground floor so I could escape there if the grandkids got too noisy in the family room. The decor is beautiful and the house is very well equipped. The grandkids loved the pool! The large swing on the covered patio was a favorite with everyone. Two drawbacks were the 45 steps down to the beach which made it impossible for my mother to get there, but that seems to come with the territory for this area. Also, we had some trouble with fluctuating hot/luke warm water in two bathrooms from the tankless hot water system. We would be glad to stay in this house again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
