You will be welcomed by our property manager, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals(ODVR) at 1610 Hwy 17S, in North Myrtle Beach. They will present you at check-in with a Ticket to the Town, offering savings on local golf courses and restaurants, during your visit. They can also provide your with the best GOLF PACKAGES on the Grand Strand. ODVR is your point of contact and offers renters concierge, maintenance, and other services needed when visiting.
This luxury condo, in Harbour Cove, is decorated with an understated, tropical flavor, with subtle animal prints, and contrasting black and white furnishings. A large dining room accommodates 6 people, and the living room has a large sofa and overstuffed leather chair. Enjoy the views of the 16th hole of the Norman Course, pond, and Intracoastal Waterway, from the covered balcony. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with dish service for 8, glassware, and stemware. This condo has lots of pots and pans, and everything you'll need to enjoy a home cooked meal at the beach. Each bedroom has 1 king split ( that separates into 2 twins in each bedroom. The master bath has a separate tub, and over sized shower; the 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and double sink vanity.
These great accommodations are located in Barefoot Resort, which features 4 world class golf courses: The Dye, Love, Norman, and Davis. It is adjacent to Barefoot Landing, which has over 100 shops and restaurants. Some of those are Greg Norman's Australian Grille, The House of Blues, & T-Bonz. Great live theater productions are played nightly at the Alabama Theater. You are a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, water parks, and much more!

Perfect Spring Getaway!

My husband and I decided to head south and stay at this great condo in N. Myrtle Beach. The weather was terrific with lots of sunshine (only one day of rain) and we were able to enjoy the beach, pool and golf courses. Our unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was located on the 3rd floor, but thanks to the "elevator" we didn't mind making several trips to unload the car. In fact our parking spot was right outside the front door of the building and so was the community pool. Our 2 bedroom condo was overlooking the 16th hole of the Norman course and we had a view of the Intercoastal Waterway. We would often sit out in the screened balcony, with a glass of wine of course, and watch the boats go by, very relaxing, in deed. Several yards from our door was also a "free" shuttle (which at the time, ran every half an hour-schedule varies with season) that would take us to the beach, the larger pool of the complex, the club house and one of the shopping areas called "Barefoot Landing" with many shops, eateries (including House of Blues), kid attractions, Barefoot Princess (providing scenic boat/dinner cruises) and Alabama Theatre. Both my husband and I have stayed in several condos throughout South Carolina and for the price, the location and the conveniences of the elevator you can not go wrong. We would truly recommend this particular 2 bedroom condo unit and vacation spot. It was the "perfect" spring getaway and can't wait to return again in the very near future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
