This 2265 square foot home is located in the heart of Estrella Mountain Ranch. It has 4 bedrooms and a den. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed and a convertible couch. All of the bedrooms have their own television. There are two 50 inch plasma televisions, two DVD players, and a VHS player. The den has a variety of movies for all ages. There is an ipod docking station, wireless internet, Wii, and a Nintendo 64.
A private pool was completed in June 2010.

The standout feature of this property is the pool...heated to 85 degrees for our entire stay, it was the focus of our two grandsons. The pool deck does not get hot in the sun and there are plenty of water toys for two ambitious swimmers. Granddad did laps. The second outstanding feature is the ease of dealing with the owner...from start to finish, they were first class. The third thing I loved is location...just ten minutes from baseball spring training. Lastly, its size: more than enough for two families with privacy. Oh yes, it was clean, completely outfitted and comfortable...but that was expected. We loved it....and the weather was beautiful for the entire stay.
Recommended for:Families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

My group of golfers has been going to the Phoenix area since 2000 for a break from the Ohio winter. For the past several years, we have been renting houses through VRBO. This year we found this great property near the Golf Club at Estrella. What a great house. It was perfect for four guys as there are four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so ample space for us all. TV in every room it seems. Wifi is a big plus (we can still stay somewhat connected to work). Location is good, as it is about a 20 minute drive back into Goodyear. There is a grocery store not too far away (Safeway), so we stocked up on some provisions on the way home from dinner. Since we were playing golf or watching baseball every day, we did not even take advantage of all the amenities that the house had to offer, like the pool and the nice back patio with a grill. Maybe next year, as I think we will be renting this house again!

The house was beautiful and close to two lakes that were fun to walk around. The backyard pool was lovely. The house was clean and had all the conveniences of home! They had all kinds of staples in the house so you didn't have to worry about forgetting anything. The neighborhood was new and beautiful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun vacation.

This was our first trip to Arizona, and we couldn't have been more pleased. This rental home was PERFECT for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked full of EVERY item you would ever need, from furniture/towels/kitchen utensils/pool toys/garage items/etc..... We LOVED the house, everything was in perfect working order, and we would recommend it to ANYONE!! And the prices in August cannot be beat!! We found the Goodyear area to be beautiful, and we loved the entire Estrella Mountain Ranch area! Plenty of things to see and do right there! Most importantly, we found the home owners to be SO courteous/friendly/helpful/and super accommodating to us ~ and that is rare in home rentals!! They are the BEST, and we would rent from them again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed the beautiful private swimming pool while at the house, but we also traveled to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Out of Africa, Bearizona, Goldfield Ghosttown, Rawhide, and even Horseback riding, during our stay!!! The PERFECT VACATION!!! THANK YOU Chris & Rob for everything!!!

We had a wonderful time while staying here in June! The owners are very accommodating especially when our plans to stay somewhere else fell through about one week before our vacation. Our entire family stayed here. Our daughter, husband and two grandsons flew in from England and our son joined us a few days later. The grandchildren loved the pool! We really didn't need to go anywhere with the big tele and swimming pool. The house was conveniently located to the grocery store and not very far away to hop onto I-10 the highway that takes you to most of all the places in Phoenix! The mountains were close by both Estrella and White Tank. We were also very close to lots of restaurants and shops. A nice little park on Litchfield Rd. had a water spray pad for the little ones to get wet. Thanks for a great and wonderful time! The owners provided us with bikes and tennis rackets. The lake and playground with tennis courts were within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. Upon our arrival the house was nice and cool and nicely decorated. We wanted to stay a lot longer!

Just spent a week watching Spring Training and soaking up the sun. This house was a perfect oasis for our stay...well equipped and decorated, close to lake, trails, and store, plus a fun pool in the backyard. We will definitely be back!

We go to Arizona every year for spring training baseball and decided to rent a house this year. Four couples stayed in the house and there was more than enough room. The neighborhood is quite and clean. The house was in great shape and the pool was a plus. The mattreses were very soft. We are already planning our trip for next year and we are definitly going to stay at this property.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, and if it were only up to our kids we would never have left. The place is absolutely beautiful, decorated by a professional. So much to do so close by, beautiful lakes out the back door to ride bike or walk around. Everything you could possibly need is their for the using from cooking to ironing board, there even was coffee their for the using, I'm a little surprised the coffee wasn"t made for me too when I got up in the morning being everything else was there and done for me, bikes for the using which the owners purchased a new little girls one when they heard I had a 7 year old daughter. Grocery store within a half mile. The heated pool was gorgeous with just about anything the kids would want to play with in the pool. I would recommend this place to all who want a very relaxing vacation. Super owners to deal with - very accommodating. We had a wonderful time!!!

We spent the month of December in this spacious and comfortable home. Our expectations for the stay were more than met. Everything was as described by the home owners and it was very easy to make arrangements with them. We had 4 couples in the house over the holidays and we all had comfortable bedrooms. The two family rooms and the living room gave us plenty of space so we never felt crowded. In addition, we were able to entertain Phoenix relatives comfortably. The pool is kept in excellent condition. While we did not use it in the winter weather, it provided a lovely setting for being outside in the patio area. The house is located on a quiet street and within steps of a walking path that leads to the lakes in the development. We definitely would rent the house again and would recommend it to anyone who wants space for a large group. The owners were very gracious to us.

Estrella Mountain Ranch is a wonderful and beautiful community. I could not believe how nice this place really was. The house is in walking distance to the lakes ( which we ran around every morning and walked around every evening).The landscaping is awesome and it is very well maintained. The house is so nicely decorated . This house is so clean and the pool ,which is brand new is configured perfectly for swimming , playing games or just sitting under the pool umbrella.The back yard is quiet , private and nicely equiped with a grill, Umbrella table ,pool toys,lounge chairs everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is so comfortable.The beds are wonderful, and the bathrooms ,den, living room were all spacious. There were only 3 of us and there was room for at least 4 others. you cant go wrong with this choice!!! The value here is unbelieveable....Dont wait, Its soooo worth it!
