Enjoy your summer vacation in beautiful Cardiff by the Sea. Cardiff offers all that you are looking for in a coastal stay and more. Our home is found in the heart of Cardiff’s walking district. We are located just one street behind San Elijo Ave. which sits on the bluff above Cardiff State Beach.
The beaches of Cardiff are full of great surf breaks for boogie boarding, surfing and swimming. Get your cameras out for great sunset photos!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect beach getaway for you and your family and friends.
This is a 1500sq/ft, one level home.
The master bedroom includes:
King size bed
50' flat screen TV, with Cable, DVR and DVD
full bathroom
sliding door access to the backyard deck.
2nd Bedroom includes:
Double bed
32' flat screen Cable TV
wardrobe closet
3rd Bedroom includes:
1 queen bed
37' flat screen cable TV with gaming system
wardrobe closet
*Queen size Aero bed available for 2 more adults or children, to be used in the living room at night if needed.
* All the bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool off in the warm summer nights.
The living room is cozy and roomy. For your entertainment needs there is a 50' flat screen TV, with Cable, DVR, DVD, Bose surround sound and a Play Station 3 gaming system with games. Also, IPod hook up to play your favorite music.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops for your cooking needs. The large dining table will seat up to 10 people.
The backyard is great for summer fun and 'BBQ'ing. The large grass lawn is always fun for the kids. Enjoy eating dinner on a warm summer night at the table for 6 on the patio. There is a stainless steal gas BBQ grill and small refrigerator to keep all of your favorite summer beverages nice and cold!
Be sure to check out the Google map which shows all of our local favorite restaurants, bars and entertainment sites. Summer is race season at Del Mar. We are less than a 10 minute coastal drive to the track. There are so many things to do and see all within a 30 minutes drive from Cardiff.

This home worked great for us - with 3 dogs - the yard was perfect for them to run around and beautiful as well. Just a few blocks from the beach, it was convenient to walk there and to nearby restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was very nice and safe as well - we were able to walk around at night with no worries. It was a nice break after not having a real vacation in 3 years!! Thank you!Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: This is our home that we live in during the school year. We like to travel with our family in the summer and the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks with our two school age children. We hope that you enjoy Cardiff as much as we do!
