Our beautiful home in Royal Palms, Briarwood, Naples is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and comprises TWO MASTER Double ENSUITE Bedrooms (King-size Master suite with TV and a Queen-size suite, TV) both with full en suite facilities, two further Twin bedrooms each with two single beds share the third bathroom (also shared with the poolside area).
The SOUTH FACING screened-in solar heated, pool situated to the rear of our villa overlooks a picturesque natural lake. The pool is south facing for all day 'sun-worshiping' and there is a covered, shady,lanai/patio area with outdoor fan for cooling off and outdoor dining. The pool is equipped with solar assisted heating.
Within the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast alcove, a utility room, a separate dining area, and a comfortable spacious lounge, all of which are designed to accommodate up to eight people in great comfort.
Telephone, 3 X TVs , DVD, and a radio/CD/stereo cassette unit are also provided. We have also had a Comcast BROADBAND INTERNET connection added .
The furnishings, like the house, are beautiful throughout and have been skillfully selected by our design consultant. We are certain that our guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to get everything 'just right' for your 'Dream Vacation'.

I hope this note finds both you and your family in good health. My wife Jacquie and our friends Harry & Sandra
have just returned from our holiday in the USA which was very successful. In all we were there for three and a half weeks
but the highlight of our trip was our stay in your villa in Briarwood, Naples.
We stayed in the villa for 10 nights and I have to say that it was everything you promised us and more.
The location of the villa is superb, tranquil but close enough to Naples to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
As for the villa itself , we could not have asked for more.
It's a beautiful home with lots of lovely features and the view onto the lake from the private swimming pool is breathtaking.
( I spent many an evening sipping my scotch & water, as you suggested, and observing the wonderful animal life !!! )
The accommodation is first class and affords a level of privacy for all guests which is exceptional.
Please accept our thanks for the use of your villa and should I return to Florida in the future it will be my first stop.
