This beautiful condo is located on the 4th & 5th floor (don't worry, we have an elevator in our building) of Harbor Terrace Condominiums (the former 1920's Atkinson Boot manufacturing building). From this condo you have a spectacular view of the harbor, the "Badger" AKA - Lake Michigan Carferry, Pere Marquette Lake, and Lake Michigan beyond.
Our unit is located on the southwest corner of the building offering quests plenty of light throughout each day. We have 1900 square feet of space divided between two levels. The first level welcomes you with an open foyer , a large kitchen with granite countertops, a queen bedroom, a full bath, dining room, living room, and a small covered deck perfect for grilling. Up the stairs to the second level you will find a large open space with comfortable seating perfect for reading, a table and chairs ideal for playing cards or games, a large sun deck, one queen bedroom, one full bedroom and another full bath.
Our building is located across the street from the Ludington Marina and the new Waterfront Park. The Waterfront Park has an incredible children's playground, sidewalks and boardwalks meandering around the marina and down towards Pere Marquette Lake, beautiful landscaping with many bronze statues offering a perspective of Ludington history from days past. Stay with us at our Badger View Condo and be a minute or two from great local shops downtown, numerous restaurants, the beach, the lighthouse, ice cream shops, the Badger and more.
Our condo is available for weekly rentals May 21 - Sept 2011. June and September special monthly rate available. Come and stay with us and the enjoy the Beauty of Ludington and Lake Michigan.

We have lived in Northern Michigan our whole lives and believe nothing compares to Michigan summers. Their simply beautiful.
We believe too, that nothing compares to Michigan rivers. They're scenic, clear and clean. Our lively hood has us working on one of these beautiful rivers which flows right here into Ludington, the Pere Marquette River. We have owned Baldwin Canoe Rental for the past 15 years, worked at it for 30 years, and can proudly say it is our family who established it in 1968.
We are all about outdoor recreation and fun in the sun (or rain). Whether hiking, biking, beaching it ~ whether canoeing, kayaking, rafting or tubing - Michigan is great.
