  This was a girls week and we loved this cottage. It was exactly as described and tucked into a very private area - but near enough to all the beach life we could have asked for. Everything about it was exactly as we hoped. Extremely clean, lovely decor, the view of the gulf was spectacular, beds comfortable and other amenities like fluffy towels, special soaps and beach toys made us feel like we were in our own home. Our landlady was welcoming and very easy to talk to. Mornings with my tea and the sandy beach to walk was amazing. This is my favorite beach in the world. Will stay here again. LindaE.

  Wonderful location, close to Times Square and restaraunts. House has all the amenities, beautifully decorated. Wish we could of stayed longer

  We have stayed in Ft. Myers beach several times. This was the best! Nice home, comfortable and right on the beach. They provided lots of extras in case you forgot something. Wish they allowed pets as we would return more often. Thanks for the great home away from home.

  This cottage was beautiful. Exactly as described and then more. The backyard was just enough to provide privacy while still a stone's throw from the water. Plenty of natural shade from the Coconut Palms and Pine trees. Everything needed for a great stay was provided. All the kitchen utensils and kitchen staples, the bedding, towels and cleaning supplies were readily available. Plenty of beach chairs and there were even inflatables and beach toys for kids. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable enough that you did not want to get up, but if you didn't you would miss the beautiful sunrise from the back covered porch. Underneath the house is large enough to accommodate 2 cars and is fully concreted. The beach changed daily and was something not to be missed,especially in the evening hours. Restaurants are a short walk away. I highly recommend The Heavenly Biscuit and Lupo’s Austrian American restaurant, even Yo Taco was good! The town square is just a little further down. The location is great as you are past the large resorts and a block off of the main street. There is a great grocery store, Topps, within a blocks walk. A bicycle rental shop is right around the corner. We were close to many attractions and stayed busy for a full week. We watched the parasails from our comfortable chairs at the edge of the beach. There is even a guy that will bring a sea doo to you that you can rent for the entire day and not be restricted on where you can take it. (rentaseadoo.com) Airboat rides are only about an hour away in the Everglades. This is one of those places that is so nice that you don't want to tell anyone else where it is, but that would not be fair. So nice you want to keep it for yourself. I would highly recommend this place to a small family (no more than 4 people) or a couple looking for a private getaway! Can't say enough about how great it really was.   It was the best cottage wich we ever rent in Ft. Myers Beach. The screened porch on beachside is great. The house are very clean and the furniture are new and lovely decorated. The owner are very nice and helpful. We are looking to come back very soon!

  My family and I have stayed at this property many times, even before it was renovated. The location couldn't be better - just far away from the action to relax, but a short walk to it as well. The screened-in front porch is one of our favorite aspects of this cottage, whether you are enjoying your morning cup of coffee, taking a break from the beach, or listening to the waves at night. The fact that you walk out the back gate into sand is also such a great aspect of this lovely property. We set up our sunning area early each day, using the chairs the property has available, and leave it up for the duration of the day as we come and go. I would highly recommend this property to families, or couples. Oh, and the Heavenly Biscuit is just across the way and usually supplies at least one meal a day for us (they are open for breakfast and lunch)! The only negative is that you might put on a couple of pounds :).
