Year Purchased: 2003
Having family all living in the Phoenix area, my husband and I were there all the time. We decided to purchase our lovely get away home, and enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather while being close to family. We live in New Mexico, and have family in California also, this works as a great half point for get togethers! Chandler area has grown into a convenient new community, with wonderful shopping and easy living. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

New area, 20 minutes to airport and Chandler Fashion Mall. Everything you need is at your finger tips within 5 minutes driving time. Golf, tennis, movies, shopping, etc. We couldn't be happier with our neighborhood, and how the area have developed. Wonderful lifesytle!
