You'll be about 100 yards from the most beautiful, award winning beaches in the United states, when you rent our getaway. As soon as you step into our condominium you'll know that you've picked the right place to relax and play. The spacious floor plan is on the 2nd floor of a three story building, where you'll enjoy great ocean and sunset views.
Our unit has a master suite complete with a king-size bed, private bath, cable/TV, and access to the large covered porch. There is an additional full bath and 1/2 bath. Two more bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds and the other with two twin beds (with TV in kids room). All linens are provided. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable/TV/DVD. The dining room seats six and the adjacent kitchen has two bar stools and is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer.
Beachside Villas complex offers is a family oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard. There is also a biking/hiking path on adjacent Highway 30-A. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. Beachside Villas is located between Destin and Panama City in very quiet area. Seaside Beach is just five minutes away and has lots of small, quaint shops and restaurants.

This property is wonderful. It is a perfect family getaway with plenty of fun for everyone coupled with the best, relaxing beach anywhere. You can spend hours playing, walking, sunning, swimming, and enjoying the beach. Or you can take in some tennis, shuffleboard, or pool fun as well. The condo is beautiful and very convenient to the beach. We will be staying there again very soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We've stayed at Beachside Villas many times, but this unit is a little different then others. Very well maintained, nicely furnished with a slightly different kitchen set up.

Stayed here several times. Very clean, owners take good care of unit. Unit is close to the beach and the pool. Beaches are awesome. Rental company takes care of guests. We'll rent from owner again!!
