1BR Pool View CONDO NEAR DISNEY
Spacious 1BR fully furnished condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 4 miles from Disney. This 1BR condo has a beautiful view of the swimming pool area from the screened balcony and has over 800 sq ft of living space. Free High Speed Internet Access!
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, 32" LCD TV, ceiling fan. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.
The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the pool. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.
This unit is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball, movie theater, and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only.
Our rates start at $69 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $100 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $50 cleaning fee for any stay under 5 nights.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place and close to everything. We only wish that we had had more to just relax around the pool. I love Go Disney Vacation!! Anthony! After months of planning and anticipation, we are finally in Florida!! Let me begin by saying that I LOVE THIS CONDO!! OMG!! We had a wonderful time in Florida last week and wanted to thank you very much for your terrific accommodations. The condo was perfect, our daughters loved the "Finding Nemo" bedroom. The pool was perfect as well, especially due to record high temperatures (90 plus degrees). The location was ideal for the parks at Disney.

Well, let's say that Scott & Anthony were AWESOME to work with from godisneyvacation.com and hooked us up with a fantastic condo. The best thing of course was the condo was in immaculate condition, the kids had a wonderful time, plus the pool was fantastic. The zero entry pool was a big hit with our kids! And the location was so close to Disney. We loved our experience here and will definitely be booking here again.
