Our home is 5 miles south of Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. The house is popular with families and couples.
It is a very clean, modern house with all the amenities of your own home.
The house has 4 large bedrooms; 2 full baths; a full service kitchen; dining room; living room with library; and outdoor balcony; washer and dryer; and two car garage plus off street parking.
We have lovely furnishing throughout our home with good quality, new appliances. The property is well maintained; and only district around the Lake with municipal water and sewer.
Our home is across a short service road from the Lake. The property has 100 feet of beach front with half of it as a gradual walk into Keuka, great for wading and playing on the beach.
There are stone steps leading down to the Lake from the house, with two landings, where you will find a tables and chairs.

Why the Owner Chose Penn YanWe bought the house because of our fond memories of summers on Keuka Lake. My parents started vacationing at Keuka when we were newborns. My sisters and brother spent all of our summers growing up on the east side of the Lake. It is a special, uncomplicated place. Although there's lot's to do, if you come for a week and just stare out at Keuka Lake, you will go home happy and fully rested.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseMy mother and I joke that she fell in love with the property because of the quality of the house and I because of the Willow Tree on the beach. The house sits back from the Lake, a feature which my mother prefers because the house is never damp. We cross a short and quiet service road to the Lake. We have an unobstructed view of the Lake from the house and an outdoor balcony, off the living room. In 2004, we changed a flight of wooden steps leading to the Lake to a beautiful terraced set of wide stone steps and gardens leading down to the beach front.
