Thank you for all your help with our vacation. The condo was great and fit our needs perfectly. We greatly appreciated having 2 high chairs and 2 cribs. The layout and amenities are terrific. We were even able to have a wheel chair bound friend over for pizza one night in the rec room. Everything was so convenient. We will definitely recommend the property and hopefully be able to save up and return ourselves in two years. Thank you.

The Stonebridge condo could not have been more perfect for our crew who was working for Sundance this year! They each had their own room and bathroom and plenty of space. The hot tub was just the right temperature and the condo was just beautiful! It was a perfect place to come home to after a long day at work and even better, we could walk to Main Street!

I can not say enough great things about this Deer Valley condo. We had 9 family members on our vacation and all loved our stay. We had so much space, and it was really nice for everyone to have their privacy. Sometimes we have trouble finding a condo that meets our needs when it comes to sleeping/bath arrangements (we bring couples, a boyfriend, and a grandmother) but this one was perfect. My brother and his wife really appreciated the pack-and-play for their 2 year old, my mom was happy to have a bedroom/bath on the main floor without having to climb stairs, and our college/grad school students enjoyed having their own space downstairs with pool table and separate den/kitchen area. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds extremely comfortable, and the outdoor hot tub perfect at the end of each day. When the owners say the shuttle stops outside their door with only a short ride to the base, they really mean it! It was so convenient! We were also extremely close to Main Street. We skied at the Canyons one day, and drove to Brighton another. The location was perfect for making these day trips. The condo manager Judy was wonderful to work with, as was the staff at Blooming Properties in Deer Valley. They were so quick to respond to any request we had. This one of the most enjoyable ski weeks our family has had, and the Grady's condo was one of the main reasons. Personal touches make it very evident how much the Grady's love their vacation home, and we appreciate the great value they offer their guests. We would definitely stay again!

We had 9 people (6 adults and 3 kids) and this place was excellent for us. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room and game room and the 3 adult couples loved having 3 king size beds. The unit has loads of room, is super comfortable and feels like a home and not a rental. Having the bus stop right out front was very valuable as we used the bus to get around quite a bit.The location is superb as we could be on Main St in Park City with a few min drive or even a nice walk. The photos and listing are very accurate and the unit was well-maintained. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with a large group. I will point out a couple of items that kept the unit from being perfect. We were there at a particularly warm portion of the summer and the AC could not keep up. The upstairs was very warm during the day and was still warm even with the windows open and fans going at night. Also, there was no indication of what we should do with trash. We called the local property manager and at first he said he would come pick it up (seemed strange). After calling him again because he never showed up, he said there was a dumpster around the corner we should use. Thought a simple note about where to take trash would alleviate the issue. Lastly, the kids were looking forward to the big arcade game in the basement. Only after arriving did we realize the game is set to accept quarters for play. Seemed a bit odd to advertise a video game that you then had to pay to use. Again, I am just being picky. The unit was marvelous and I would highly recommend it to anyone heading to Park City or Deer Valley

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The pictures on your website did not do it justice. It seemed like a home away from home. The beds were extra comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked and our children had plenty to do around the house. There was plenty of room for both our families. Truly a well thought out home for a very active skiing family.. (the boot warmer was a nice touch)!

This house is amazing! Not only were we extremely comfortable here but it was so convenient to catch the bus to the chair lift. The location could not have been more ideal. The kids had a wonderful time entertaining themselves in the finished basement and the hot tub. They loved to sled right by the front door as well. The house was up to date, comfortable, priced reasonably. We will definately go back.

We have previously rented other homes in Park City but this is our favorite and we have rented this condo for 5 years in a row. In addition to the great location, the unit is spacious. We have had 10-12 people each year and do not feel crowded. The 4 kids in our group love the 1st floor with bunkroom, video games and pool table. We hope to rent a 6th year.

Our stay was absolutly wonderful. The most relaxing yet fun time I have had in a while. The atmosphere is awesome, and so close to Park City for shopping and dining. This was truly a great experience.

We have rented this condo 4 times with groups ranging in number from 8 to 12. The unit is spacious and the location is great. The kids love the house too. There are video games, a pool table and foosball to keep them busy after skiing. We have rented a few different places over the years and this is our favorite spot. We hope to rent this for the 5th straight time next year.

Great condo for a family gathering. Our family used both condos while we were there for a wedding. It was so much better than staying at a hotel! Everything stated in the vrbo. listing was correct. The only negative thing I would comment on was that the upstairs bedroom with the indoor hot tub was beautiful but it was open like a loft bedroom so you could hear everything down in the family room and kitchen. I guess if everyone in your group has the same sleeping hours it wouldn't be a problem. It had a great location and I would recommend it.

Our extended family really enjoyed our 3-day stay at 1140 Stonebridge! The location is perfect--only a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street or take the free shuttle literally across the street. The home is well appointed with lots of entertainment options. We appreciated the 3 master bedrooms, and privacy that 3 floors of living space provides. It was a wonderful vacation thanks to great accomodations.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Deer Valley. This condo is spacious enough for a large family gathering. The three levels gives everyone plenty of space to escape when needed. The location is perfect to see Park City, Jordanelle Reservoir, and the Uintah Mountains. A short evening walk up the hill and you can even feed the ducks.

President's week 2007 was our second (but certainly not our last) stay at 1140 Stonebridge. We were 10 people (5 adults and 5 children)and never felt crowded. The unit is immaculate and comfortable as well as conveniently located to the ski resorts and town. We cannot wait to get back!!!

We were a group of 12 people. Some of us were good skiers, and some were real novices. 1140 Stonebridge was ideal for us. Plenty of room for sleeping dancing cooking and just simple relaxing after an invigorating day on the mountains. The amenites offered were great because there was something for everyone's likes and interest.

It was my first time to Deer Valley and I couldn't have been more pleased. The house was everything it was promised to be in the listing, and more. We especially loved the boot and glove dryer. It's the little touches that make this place really stand out. The next time I ski Deer Valley, I will be at John's place!

Our trip to Deer Valley this year was one of our best vacations yet. We are two families with toddlers, and the house was perfectly suited for us -- the children could eat and play and we could cook, relax, or use the sauna or hot tub. We had two families of five rent John's House the week before Christmas. This house was a perfect fit for us. The downstairs was great for the kids and the upstairs and huge bedrooms were great for the adults. The house was decorated very nice and everyone loved the bedding. John was very easy to deal with and even called during our stay just to check on everything. The location is excellent and very convenient to skiing or nightlife. We had a great time and would definately rent this house again.

We were first timers to Utah's beautiful mountains; new to the rockies, in fact. So, you can imagine the thrills we experienced at this mountain resort. It's located in a little valley between quaint Park City and the great BAld Mountian. From this place in Utah, it is very clear that our Creator appreciates not only breathtaking, awe-inspiring beauty but thrills-a-minute adventure! The condo is nothing less than the comments above say. We would emphasize the "accommodates multi-family" because this is a great place for a party. John and Tracy also accomplished something special in the way that it feels like home. The rich and comfortable furniture, beds, and bathrooms make you feel like staying a while. Location! Location! Location! We were very happy to find our beautiful Condo was located between the ski lodge and Historic downtown Park City. This was convenient because either a brisk walk or a short drive and you were in Park City. The condo's three floors were extremely spacious and had every modern convenience at your fingertips. We really enjoyed the NASCAR race on the big screen TV, the fabulous kitchen with every appliance, to the laundry room. Our routine every evening was a couple games of fogeball, a couple games of pool, a short stint in the sauna, and then on to the hot tub to really unwind. Our special thank you to the Grady family for their exquisite taste in decorating of the condo in making a beautiful home away from home. With or without children, we highly recommend the Grady's in Park City, Utah for a great vacation!!!

This is not your standard "run-of-the-mill" condo! It is beautifully & tastefully decorated, keeping with the "Park City" theme & flavor. Every imaginable amenity has been provided to accomodate your every need. The owners attention to detail is impeccable. Every effort has been made to ensure that your visit is as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible - from the plush sofas & extremely comfortable beds, pillows & comfortors, to the cookware which would suit even a gourmet cooks needs, to the vast library of movie selections to please every age group and variety of tastes. The first level of the condo is a childs haven! - (Or for the child in you!) Our kids never wanted to leave the condo! They spent countless hours playing Game Cube and Fussball (sp?) (which gives the adults plenty of time to relax and enjoy the hot tub, sauna, pool table, etc.) I guarantee that this condo will surpass your expectations....you'll never want to return home!

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grand-children in June 2004, and this condo was perfect for the twelve of us - basically 4 families. Not only is the layout, furnishings and equipment top-of-the-line, but by having family photos and mementos in the condo, the owners let us feel that we were guests of their family. This was a good feeling. The weather was great, and Park City and its surrounds have a lot of interesting summer activities. Thank you for one of our best vacations ever.

WOW! This house has it all. I have stayed in many homes/ condos in different ski resorts and this house has them all beat. Location- great! Comfort- plush! Amenities- loaded! The owner clearly takes pride in decorating and maintaining this unit and wants his renters to enjoy their stay and return in the future. He accomplished his mission... I will be back.

The Grady's condo is 5-star excellence!!! What a pad Attention to detail is evident throughout the unit. Furnishings are impeccable. Tri-level layout, with duplicable amenities, allows for multiple families or adult and children autonomy. Great stereo system and two large screen televisions. There is even a hot tub and sauna. But the best was the glove and ski boot warmer! Very cool and extremely useful. Location to town, ski areas and public transportation is prime. It has it's own private parking spaces.
