Serenity! From the moment you walk in the front door you will be amazed at the view! You can enjoy this lakefront home as much as we have. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna. Bring your boat. The boat ramp is right in the yard and there is plenty of space (4+ acres) to park your trailer. Two covered boat slips with lifts are available for your use. There is much less boat traffic on this side of the lake which is perfect for water sports. We are located in a private cove. You can also take your boat on the trailer and explore the public side of the lake if you desire. Ramps for the public side are located within a few miles of the house.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level that sport 3 comfy, pillow top queen-size beds and 1 single bed. The main bedroom has a sleep number bed and patio doors that open onto the screened in porch. The living area and kitchen are open and there are 2 sliding glass doors for access to the deck along with patio doors that open onto the screened in porch area. Perfect to relax with your morning coffee! Downstairs includes a sliding glass door, Jacuzzi jet tub, a rec room with a full size pool table, TV, DVR, DVD, games, and plenty of room to set up some air mattresses should you require more sleeping space. The laundry room with full size washer/dryer is also located on this floor. Swim, fish or sunbathe from the dock. There is also an area above the dock to sit and daydream!
