Had a really great time!!! It was a great house to stay in. We will for sure come back. The only thing was that we weren't expecting to buy toiletries(toilet paper) and there was only one trash bag in the kitchen(this was very inconvienent), we ended up using our shopping bags for trash bags. We loved having all the sand toys,umbrellas, and chairs. We did end up forgetting a brown umbrella, so we hope it will be put to use for the rest of the guests.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Unlike a hotel, in a home rental we leave a starter supply of things like toilet paper, a trash bag, hand soap, papertowels, etc. Just enough until you can get settled and then go to the store to get what you will need for your family. We try to let everyone know in advance but it looks like we need to do a better job of communications. Thanks for the heads up. Glad you had a good time and hope to see you again.

Our stay at Sandpiper Village was very relaxing. The accomodations were excellent and we were not wanting for anything. Would definately stay there again. Thanks!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

This was our first stay at Sandestin and we loved it! The house was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 young children that are in our family. The two-story layout was great for kids taking naps during the day and adults being downstairs. Also, all of the supplies (kitchen, linens, beach chairs, etc) made our stay very homey. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to friends.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been fortunate to spend the last 7 winters at this condo. We have found the condo and its contents to be welcoming, comfortable and well maintained. We have turly enjoyed our winters as "snowbirds" in this beautiful environment.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This is a very nice property. We enjoyed it so much. Very clean and well maintained. It was really nice for my kids to have access to the bikes and beach equipment they provided. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as long as stairs aren't a problem for any of their guest that will be staying. Also it is nice to be able to park right by the door. Can't wait to stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay here enormously. We were able to walk to one of the pools and a great breakfast restaurant. The beach was a little drive away but parking was convenient and the walk to the beautiful, clean, beach was fine even for us senior citizens. Would have been happy to have some soap for our first night of arrival. We were told in the beginning that there would be 'starter' supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. but a bar of soap would have been appreciated! We would rent this home again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We had the best time at Sandestin,all the extras (bikes,umbrella's, chairs, sand toys, games etc...} really saved us alot of money. We enjoyed the bike rides through the beautiful complex. The house was very spacious and so pleasant. The rooms were decorated like what you see on HGTV. I don't think we lacked anything . We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and even ate out on the patio.We definitly would recommend this house to our friends and family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We fell in love with Sandestin's natural beauty, white sand beaches and family atmosphere. We originally owned a townhouse in another neighborhood but found Sandpiper Village and fell in love. Sandpiper Village, a collection of single family Villas is surrounded by a beautiful golf course, and is centrally located in the resort between the beach and the bay. We have the luxury of land and have used it to expand our outdoor living area to be able to enjoy our large family gatherings.

We love when our daughters and their families join us for vacations. We know you will enjoy the privacy of our second floor deck overlooking the golf course, and our back yard patio that is perfect for dinner and drinks at the end of the day as much as we do.
