We have been fortunate to spend the last 7 winters at this condo. We have found the condo and its contents to be welcoming, comfortable and well maintained. We have turly enjoyed our winters as "snowbirds" in this beautiful environment.

This is a very nice property. We enjoyed it so much. Very clean and well maintained. It was really nice for my kids to have access to the bikes and beach equipment they provided. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as long as stairs aren't a problem for any of their guest that will be staying. Also it is nice to be able to park right by the door. Can't wait to stay there again!

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay here enormously. We were able to walk to one of the pools and a great breakfast restaurant. The beach was a little drive away but parking was convenient and the walk to the beautiful, clean, beach was fine even for us senior citizens. Would have been happy to have some soap for our first night of arrival. We were told in the beginning that there would be 'starter' supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. but a bar of soap would have been appreciated! We would rent this home again.

We left early this morning and made it back to Texas safe and sound. The condo was great for our family and we had an enjoyable vacation. The unit was very clean and nice and I will certainly recommend your properties to friends. The only issue we had was very minor but I wanted you to know in case you need to follow-up. The first night I had some work to attend to on my computer and the Internet access was not working. The wireless network was active but had no Internet connection at the cable modem. Tried resetting a few times without success. Noticed that the picture quality was very poor on the cable TV and thought it might be related. A day later, a Cox service truck was in the neighborhood and after that the cable was clear and the modem had Internet connectivity. Other than that everything was perfect. . . Thanks! Eric

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful. It was so clean and well maintained. We were surprised to find 5 bicycles available for our use! We loved Sandestin and enjoyed the golfing, beach and shopping. Thank you for opening your lovely home.

We have had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the past several winters and have found the condo with all its amenities meet our needs and exceed our expectations. This spacious condo has allowed us to enjoy many wonderful times together with family and friends. The condo allows adequate space to enjoy privacy and yet be together. The beach is breathtaking and the pool(s) are within close proximity and the bikes make the experience complete. We recommend this condo with no reservation

This House was great. The only drawback is there are no amenities for Sandestin resort. Cannot use Tram etc.

Owner response:Unfortunately the tram system is still restricted to resort guests only but we are working on this with the new owners. Other than 1 pool all of the rest of the resort amenities are open to all guests. Hope you had a good meeting and we see you again.

summer at the beach 2011

We had the best time at Sandestin,all the extras (bikes,umbrella's, chairs, sand toys, games etc...} really saved us alot of money. We enjoyed the bike rides through the beautiful complex. The house was very spacious and so pleasant. The rooms were decorated like what you see on HGTV. I don't think we lacked anything . We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and even ate out on the patio.We definitly would recommend this house to our friends and family.

My extended family of 8 enjoyed our stay in this villa. J.L. was was very helpful with my many questions. The location was convenient to many things by car. Enjoyed the use of the bikes and beach set-ups.

Good morning, J.L., Thanks for all you did to make our stay at Sandestin very special this year. Our family really enjoyed the week, (always too short), and look forward to being there again next year. We were so pleased with the unit this year. It was so well arranged and spacious that we were able to be together as a family, yet have private space when desired. This was, by far, the cleanest house we have ever rented. Our grandson, Tyler, is allergic to peanuts so we have to be extra careful. Mindy and I know that the first thing we have to do is give everything a complete once over with disinfectant, including washing all of the dishes that we will use during the week. Cross contamination, when others have eaten peanut butter, is a real concern. This year, the house was so clean we did not have to do anything. This was the first unit for us that had shelf liners in cabinets and drawers. It was obvious the owners care a lot about there home away from home. We look forward to next year, when we can enjoy the beauty of the white sandy beaches and peaceful haven of Sandestin. Margaret, Charles, Chris, Mindy and Tyler
