Just returned from one of my best visits to Rhode Island. The house was awesome. Great location - short walk to the beach, great ocean view from the porch, close to eateries, and short drive to downtown Newport. Best of all, our dog loved the house. Fenced-in back yard and great neighborhood for morning/night walks. The second floor deck is great place for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening! Great sunset views. The house had everything we could need. Cannot wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Tami and Chris Holden are the owners of the property. We purchased the vacant lot and built the house in 1997. We love the neighborhood and proximity to Newport.
Why the Owner Chose Middletown:
It is a great neighborhood and convenient to Newport. We are walking distance to beaches and local restaurants, yet out of the congestion and traffic during summer months. The views are spectacular.
