The address of our property is 541 Beach Rd. We are located directly across the street from the beach, with 2 beach accesses just steps away at each corner of our block. It’s quite special not having to fight for a parking spot at the public beach down the road. You can just walk across the street and you’re there!
We are located on a 2-lane road with sidewalks on both sides. To the north of us, we are within walking distance of Siesta Village which is a lot of fun! There are many restaurants (from hot dogs and to fine Italian and fresh-caught seafood) lots of shopping, bike rentals, ice cream shops, beach equipment, etc., in a very beachy atmosphere. It’s very casual! Takes about a 5-minute stroll to get there. There is also a village grocery/deli, drugstore…just about anything you need. Just off the Key there are the usual big-name grocery stores for you to stock up for the week.
It’s very family-oriented! Once you are here, you’ll want to come back! We get a lot of repeat business!

Property better than pics, was not sure the Florida heat would keep me off the inviting 'porch' and beach across the street could have meant a four lane highway.... Porch had refreshing options many times of the day...morning cool in lush surrounding for a.m coffee and birding...afternoon reminds you how the sun warms your northern bones, and the stars and sea smells were marvelous... the beach only two lanes of a very friendly street. of course only a few blocks beautiful walk to the 'village' with options for day life and nite life...Betsy checked in discreetly to see if we settled in or had any needs and though she stays in the back of the property; I never felt lorded over at all. Amenities for beach good to have for beach, very clean, secure feeling in this home. Thanks!Owner response: We're so happy you enjoyed our property! This beach house was exactly what we were looking for! It was in a convenient location to the beach and shopping and we found the amenities just as described. The house was neat and clean. Betsy was very helpful and friendly. I would, and have, recommended this beach house to friends and family. Great property that lends its self to a very relaxing stay. Easy beach access with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Owner is very responsive to any questions. My favorite attribute of this rental is the outdoor table w/ umbrella and the adirondeck chairs on the patio. Great spot for morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. “The property was clean, well-maintained, attractively furnished. It is very close to the beach, which was great. Owner was very responsive to any questions, concerns; very open to large dogs, which is rare in Florida. Description accurate, but snug for 4 people. The house was close to Siesta Key village - walkable and provided a good base of operations for the many things available in Sarasota/Siesta Key. Better than the pictures...an oasis close to home! As a local, finding a most affordable getaway for the Christmas holiday was a true treat! The owner was lovely & very accommodating! The home was clean, bright & full of amenities! The perfect location!!! Steps from the beach yet close to Siesta Village with shopping & great food & spirits! Fantastic beach house rental!!! We have been renting this beach house for years. The people who rent it our are super nice and courteous. We typical rent this beach house three times a year and let owner know in advance so we can make sure its available for every one of our trips and vacation. We like to secure our stay because this is a very sought after rental due to the fantastic location. The location is so perfect. It's always so clean and cozy .I have never had a bad experience at this place. A lot of the time when we set our reservations and something comes up or we just want to stay home we let our adult kids use our reservations .and they love it The owners are always on top of everything and make us feel so welcome.
