  We were four couples and arrived at Villa Paradiso the first week of March 2012. Ronnie, our coach driver, met us at the airport (with cold beer, water and juice) for the scenic drive from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Although we had all seen the website for Villa Paradiso, when we arrived we could not believe how beautiful the villa and the grounds were. We were greeted by all the staff with a tropical drink and cool damp towels to freshen up. Nadine, the head housekeeper, then gave us a tour through the Villa - each room was more beautiful than the next, with spectacular views of the ocean and grounds. The meals prepared by Leila were wonderful and the service provided by Jermaine and Michael was excellent (they even served our drinks on the beach). The staff under Nadine was so friendly and could not do enough for us; they were always available but never intrusive. We went our for several half day excursions including Dunns River, White River rafting and horseback riding which were very scenic in this lush tropical island. But it was hard to leave Villa Paradiso and the beautiful white sandy beach even for these enjoyable outings. Even though we were four couples, the Villa and grounds are so well laid out we never felt crowded or cramped living in the same home for the week and we all agreed that this was the best and most perfect holiday that we have ever had. We highly recommend Villa Paradiso for large groups and families.

  Villa Paradiso is aptly named - it is our idea of luxury, comfort and service in paradise. Our week was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. The Villa's driver- Ronnie- met us at the airport and was at our disposal for the entire week. The villa is located on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach with soft breezes throughout the day. The property is large and beautifully landscaped to ensure complete privacy. The house is wonderful and very elegantly appointed with many comfortable seating areas. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with private ensuites and airconditioning. We haven't slept so well in years. The staff were exceptional - the service was incredible and attentive. We dined at the villa most days as Leila - the cook- prepared such delicious meals we had no urge to try anything else. We definitely felt very spoiled. Villa Paradiso is a perfect place to unwind and relax and although there are many activities in the area we preferred to enjoy the Villa, walk the beach and disconnect from the rest of the world. Thank you to the Villa Paradiso staff for making our stay so unforgettable. We would highly recommend Villa Paradiso to anyone wishing luxury, comfort and exceptional service.

  My husband and I recently returned from a week at Villa Paradiso, where we had a reunion with friends. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough good things about the staff, accommodations and setting. The pictures on the website definitely do not fully convey the beauty and serenity of the property, situated right on the turquoise waters of the Caribbean on a private beach. The staff was very attentive without being obtrusive and happy to help arrange any kind of event or service you might want. Drinks, snacks and beach towels would magically appear. The food prepared by Leila was delicious (really delicious) and included many specialties of the island; we encouraged her to make a cookbook! We dined outside every evening which was such a treat. The property is equipped with everything you might want or expect and the layout allows for both large group gatherings as well as opportunities for privacy and relaxation. It’s a short distance to Ocho Rios; close enough to easily get in and out of town for shopping or sights, but with such beautiful surroundings we felt little need to venture outside Villa Paradiso. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would certainly recommend the property to others without hesitation. The days went by much too quickly and we are definitely hoping to return. It is very accurately named “Villa Paradiso”.

  Our villa vacation was fantastic. We all had a wonderful time and found the staff to be just great. They all went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Miss Lila is a great villa cook and we all thoroughly enjoyed her meals. The villa itself is lovely and the photos on the web site do not do it justice. We were able to call home to Canada for free and a note on one of the computer desks said you could call the States as well for free - might want to add that to the web site as it is a great perk.

  To: Tony Alberga I had hoped to respond more quickly to your August 14 E-mail but it took longer than expected to take care of things undone. Our visit to Paradiso was once again a pure delight. The lovely setting, beautiful house and impeccable staff are a truly rare combination. They do you proud. Villa Paradiso is the only place we have ever visited twice. We were concerned that the youngest generation might be disappointed about returning anywhere rather than going somewhere new. Their reaction - as with everyone else - was exactly the opposite. At the moment I am taking a vacation from vacation planning so I have no idea of what we might do next year but Paradiso is certainly a possibility. Your offer of a discounted rate is appreciated. I wanted to send you a quick email with some feedback we received from the guests that stayed at Paradiso at the end of June: Of all of the family vacations we have taken this was the best because: 1. Great flights to Jamica - 3 1/2 hours non-stop from Dallas 2.Jamica hs relatively modern with all conveneinces and good roads 3. Many more activities than it is possible to do 4. Fantastic upscale large villa 5. Great cook, wait staff, and housekeeping 6. Driver/Bus at standby at all times 7. Very Nice Beach Only one small improvement is needed. A small foot cleaning pool located at the back beach stairs - to keep beach sand out of the pool and house. This could be build for just a few hundred dollars.   We booked Villa Paradiso with the intention of holding our wedding reception there; the entire experience from when we checked in until we left was truly magical and surreal. Before checking into the Villa we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his family, they were very friendly and enthusiastic about our upcoming wedding, we were not just the people renting their property to them, they were truly interested in our plans and are looking forward to receiving pictures from our wedding….which you may see displayed at the Villa when you stay there, they display pictures sent to them by previous guests, this is a great personal touch. The Villa is tucked away from the real world allowing us to relax in true comfort and security; I had no qualms about sleeping with the doors opened to allow the cool breeze and sounds of the sea to lull me to sleep. This is the perfect place to hold a function as the amenities are absolutely great, the lawn was large enough to be our reception area and accommodated over 250 guests (see below), an electrical room was in the perfect location for our DJ to set up and be sheltered from the elements and the pool area was the perfect choice for the cocktail hour. Everything from the laundry, to the cleaning, to the cooking was done by the villa’s staff, which was very friendly and unobtrusive; they also worked well with our Wedding Planner and the catering staff to ensure that our special day went off without any major issues. After our wedding we traveled the island and stayed at three different resorts, all of which paled in comparison to the décor, comfort and service at Villa Paradiso…we will definitely revisit the Villa in the future.
