A CHARMING AND COMFORTABLE UMBRIAN HOUSE IN THE WOOD WITH PRIVATE POOL, ONLY 50 MINUTES FROM ROME AND 60 FROM PERUGIA!

Our first aim is to make you feel at home. We hope that the friendly welcome and the warm atmosphere we try to offer, will make your holiday a real moment of relaxation and tranquillity.

Villa Susy, from the name of our loved cat, is about 150 Mq, is a very comfortable plece to visit Centre Italy, Narni is the city of Geographic Centre of Italy.

The property is a few kilometers away from the medieval town of Narni, nestled in a wood, with many paths for walking. The mature garden which surrounds the house is very well equipped with pergolas, barbecue, wood oven, and tables and chairs for al fresco meals. But the joy of the house is the explosion of colors in every season given by the many flowers and plants personally looked after by us.

The interior is also very attractive, decorated with great flair with hand-painted furniture and nice fabrics, giving a really cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, and satellite TV; dining room with seats for ten and TV set; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker for “American Coffee” and one shower room.

On the first floor, there is one double-size bedroom with an added single bed, two twin bedrooms, and one shower room.

The outdoor is very comfortable with different equipped corners to enjoy on cookery, to read books, to talk, to think, to take the sun, to have a breakfast and dinner. The typical Umbrian wood oven and fireplace are perfect to try to cook the Italian Pizza and roast meat!

If you like to visit Rome by train it only takes 50 minutes from Narni train station!

The house is situated in a very comfortable position, only 2 minutes from Flaminia Street, one of the most ancient Consular Roman Road, and the two most important main road of Centre Italy are far from few minutes from Narni ( highway A1 in Orte – 15 minutes; motorway in Narni scalo –5 minutes). Main Airport are in Perugia, Roma.

From Susy you can easy arrive to: Rome 80 kilometres, Perugia 80 Kilometres, Todi 40 kilometres, Spoleto 45 kilometrs, Assisi 80 chilometres, Firenze 150 kilometrs, the Ancient Etruscan Land with Viterbo 50 kilometres, Tuscania and Tarquinia.

We suggest a visit in Narni between Easter and the first half of May, when we have the medieval fest!
