Situated on the famous, long, white sands of Ka'anapali beach, this spectacular 16 acre oceanfront resort is a sparkling gem in the Hawaiian islands. Surrounded by lush landscapes and tropical gardens, the 3.5 acre super pool showcases dazzling waterfalls, grottos, waterways, a shipwreck beach and water slide for children, along with caves and nets for water basketball and volleyball. There is a separate children's sandy beach complete with a pirate ship and spouting sea creatures. Food and drinks are available at the pool and beach.
The resort offers the ultimate vacation experience for families or an adult only get away. It has every service and comfort to be expected from a five-star-resort such as golf, tennis, shopping and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The resort is also equipped with outdoor barbecues and covered picnic areas, 2 relaxing pool bars and 2 restaurants.
The beach is less than a minute away by foot and is ideal for sunbathing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, whale-watching, fishing and other water sports.
Our unit is located on the fourth floor of the new Napili tower. It has a fantastic ocean view overlooking a beautiful pool and open grassy area that is separate from the main pool which offers restful sunbathing away from the crowds. We have a breathtaking view from the patio during sunrise and sunset.
The Marriott Maui ocean club is located in the heart of beautiful Ka'anapali beach. Whalers village is just a short stroll along the beautiful waterfront walkway, and offers shopping, great restaurants, entertainment, activities and shuttle service into the town of Lahaina.

Additional information about rental rates
This is a timeshare and it is only available for the 49th week of the year and is booked for 2013, but is available for 2014. It would normally rent for at least $7,000 for the week but we are just looking to cover the HOA fees, so it's quite a deal!

Cancellation policy:
Maui Ocean Club Rental Agreement & Rules 1. CHECK-IN any time AFTER 3pm and CHECK-OUT is no later than 11:00 am. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. PETS are not permitted. 4. We will not rent to individuals under the age of 21, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. PAYMENT – We collect full payment at time of booking; other payment options must be approved by the owner. Please make payments in the form of VISA or MasterCard through VRBO. 6. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. For cancellations made inside the 30-day period, deposits will be held and credited towards a future stay. 7. DAMAGE: Because this is a timeshare and ultimately the owner is responsible for any damage, we have opted for the sub-lease renter to purchase a damage protection policy through VRBO for $49.00, which covers $1500.00 worth of damage protection. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to twelve (12) people. 9. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking. 10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 11. PARKING – There is no assigned parking, but there is a parking garage provided on a first come basis. 12. FITNESS CENTER/GAME ROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM- These amenities are available for use only to Marriott Ocean Club Condominium owners and guests. 13. MAID SERVICE – is provided once mid-week during your stay and they will replenish towels, change sheets, empty trash, clean bathrooms and kitchen etc. The trash receptacle room is right across the hall from our unit. More information on directions, unit #, how to get keys etc. will be sent to you once payment is made in full.
