Former guests compliments us on our COMFORTABLE KING BED DRESSED IN LUXURIOUS LINENS, SOFT ROBES, and easy access to the Sunset Deck.
On site amenities include free HIGH SPEED INTERNET, SATELLITE TELEVISION, , PRIVATE DECK with GAS BARBEQUE (seasonally)and GARDEN.
A unique on-site shop..INGE'S STUDIO 2 - provides handmade household items, women's and children clothing, exercise mats, rugs, alterations, quilts, soaps. Inge offers classes in sewing, quilting and knitting.

We found a wonderful place to stay on the Oregon Coast during a family trip June 2012: Piercy Suites. The suites (there are 3) are within easy access to many sites to explore, including lighthouses, long and lonely beaches, and panoramic points. For instance, we had a wonderful day at nearby beautiful Flores Lake and beach and another at neighboring Cape Blanco. Piercy suites have been attended to with an eye to detail. From the fresh flowers upon arrival to the well appointed kitchen, care has been taken at every step. The small community of Langlois is charming. The market (a short walk from the suites) sells wonderful local grass feed beef that goes great with the Maytag Blue also sold there. Perfect for a BBQ on the balcony. We found the environs to be very welcoming and relaxing. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and Piercy Suites is one of the best we have found.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Girlfriend getaway for a birthday celebration and all within an hours drive from home. Took advantage of massage services (Maria), hair stylist (Tim) & manicurist. Will plan for a facial on the next trip. Katie serves up great espresso in the morning. The suite is nicely appointed and easily accommodates three, nice kitchen set-up so if you choose to dine-in has the amenities you need; full size stove and fridge. The Langlois Market is just north of the Suites and has local meats and fresh produce and a great deli counter. If you choose not to dine-in, Katie can cater for you (with proper notice). Port Orford is just south and offers many unique and upscale dining options as does Bandon (to the north). Planning a couples weekend for the fall and will rent all three suites. Great second story deck to enjoy out door grilling. Thanks Sue for a great weekend!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Relax, enjoy the fun of this small town! Wonderful friendly owner who goes out of her way to make your stay special. The shops are quaint, and the history in this town is great. This seems to be a special community. We will return for more than a weekend. We want to stay at the cabin on the family home where the sixes river meets the the Pacific Oceans. Sue gave us a tour - it is very private, with a spectacular view. Quality all the way.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

Staying at Piercy Suites was a joy! Sue was so easy to work with when making the reservations. She has done some very nice work with the decorating of all the suites with great attention to detail. The bed and the soft sheets were like sleeping on a cloud! We enjoyed the spa by having massages with Maria and a pedicure by Tim-FABULOUS! We were fortunate enough to have Sue take us on a tour of their ranch. It was the first day of cranberry harvest--interesting to watch and learn about it all. The family ranch is such a treasure and you can tell their is much pride in what they do. We were able to buy freshly dried cranberries to bring home with us and I will not want to go back to buying them in the store! YUMMY! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Southern Oregon! This is nice place to stay, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. The most important thing to us, is hot water!! I can't tell you how many times, we stay at hotels and there is never any hot water, or your scrambling to beat everyone else in the hotel up first just to get a hot shower. This was wonderful. We had a great time and it's very peaceful. The decor is great, I loved the "themed" rooms. Thank you again, for having us and providing such a wonderful place. I visit Langlois about twice a year to see family, and this is far and away the very best place to stay in the area. The units are spacious, attractively decorated, and have everything you need. Sue is helpful and friendly, and she or her family are readily available by phone if you have questions while you're there. This is our third year spending time here and I am writing from the room as we speak. I would highly and whole heartedly recommend staying at Piercy Suites to anyone, for any stay. We come to the area for my hubby to kite surf Floras Lake, and to enjoy small town Bandon and its surrounding beaches. When we arrive to these lovely suites (in the summer) Sue the owner, has picked her fresh garden flowers for a small arrangement and has soft music playing on the stereo. We are always delighted. Piercys Suites are like little condos, completely private, quiet, comfortable and very, very charming! Kitchen with appliances, dishes and cookware needed to fix a family meal, bath and bedding linens and paper products are provided. The queen bed is excellent quality and comfortable and the bedding is lovely. We enjoy the small flat screen tv, wireless internet and books & videos provided. There is a deck outside with nice seating and bbq for enjoying the nice evenings. We have stayed in two of the three suites. The love and attention to detail here is obvious in every square inch, of each unit. Pictures do not even convey the warmth and comfort that surrounds you. We have been in many vacation rentals around the world and prefer upper end accommodations and return to spend much of our summer here, year after year. This year there is a new addition of a full service salon and spa downstairs. Hair, color, nails, tanning and yes, massage. Lots of lovely accessories as well. I’ve been here just 48 hours and have already enjoyed a bit of shopping and welcoming company at the salon. Obviously I only have kind words, and praise for the grace and superior hospitality offered to those lucky enough to spend time here. It is welcoming it is comforting and it is appreciated. I had a wonderful stay at this great, quiet spot on the Oregon coast in mid-January. The space features a full kitchen, bathroom, comfy bed and living room, as well as a breakfast nook. I was easily able to cook for myself and throw an impromptu dinner party for friends. I had access to cable tv and internet, which was great when I needed to work. The place was spotlessly clean and the overall property is nice and well maintained with seemingly constant improvements planned for an already great outdoor space. The owner is organized and full of information, as well as really nice. She answered questions about the area and was just easy to work with. I can't say enough about this spot, especially if you like the peace and quiet of the coast, and charming little towns.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I live overseas in Germany, but frequently visit Langlois, Oregon. I have stayed at Piercy Suites several times, and always found it to be clean, comfortable, and to have all the comforts of home! From the pillow-top mattresses, the plush linens, the sunset deck, the garden area, the unique and charming decorations...all of these combine to make it as comfortable and welcoming as home. You'd have to look far and wide to fine a more friendly and helpful owner, or a more comfortable, clean, and charming rental. It has my highest recommendation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: The Langlois area has been home to my family for 5 generations. We purchased this property 7 years ago. I was a newly retired middle school principal, and fell in love with the challenge of bringing life to this historic old building. I really enjoy remodeling and decorating and having 3 suites in the building was like having four little houses for me to decorate!!! My two sons, Joe, (former F16 pilot in the Air Force) and Jake (former conciege at the Venetian in Las Vegas) assist me as needed. Joe raises grass fed cattle (see Oregon Grass Fed.com) and cranberries at our family ranch on the Sixes River. Son Jacob owns the Langlois Market, located just a few blocks away.
Why the Owner Chose Langlois:
We wanted to provide others with a comfortable, fun place to stay while they experience the special beauty and character of this part of the world my family calls home. The building that houses Piercy Suites, was constructed in 1953 and has been home to an electric store, Langlois community library, and two antiques stores. We named the building after my father, Piercy Sweet, and the garden after my mother. My parents lived for many years on Floras Lake (3 miles away), where their house was always open to others. They both loved to garden and entertain. I would like to think their love of life and joy of hospitality lives on at Piercys!
